Family History; Frost was a rescue from another ranch in the valley. When the ranch caught fire, the owners couldn't afford the vet bills on the surviving horses and so they adopted them out to anyone who was willing to take them in. Some of the white spots on her are not markings but in fact bald areas that the hair never grew back but they blend right in. Frost had a long road to recovery but soon was good as new and oh so kind with the children and loved foals. Comet is one of her offspring. She mainly is only used for beginners on the trails when there is no other pony, or when someone picks her out in the pasture.
Confirmation; Frost is a spindly small mare. She's probably closer to a pony size, and sometimes people often mistake her as a yearling upon first sight. Ewe necked, rump high but she does have sturdy legs to carry you safely through the mountains.
