*Taehyung's POV*

"Then, let's forget."

Momo's voice became honey, and her lips, flower petals.

The second her mouth touched mine, my heart filled and shattered, all at once.

My hand cupped her face and my fingers intertwined with her hair, all the while I was enveloped in her.

Her kiss breathed fire.

We were two atoms colliding.

Momo's arms made their way behind my neck and soon enough, her hands stroked my already slept-in hair.

I think that if I were to re-live any moment in my life, it would forever be this one, right here, with her.

Momo pulled away first.

"I'm sorry, that was rude of me-" she spoke as if she had committed an unspeakable crime.

Her eyes looked sorry but her voice was filled with wonder. But I think she was sorry because she knew that now, deep down, it would never be the same, for either of us.

"That was . . ." My breath was rugged.

I couldn't speak, my hands rose to my face and my fingers traced my lips where Momo had left her mark.

Did that really just happen?

No, it can't be true . . . but how can something so unreal, feel so genuine?

I looked up at Momo, she also had a breathless expression on her face. Oh, how I could stare at that masterpiece until the end of time.

It didn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how she felt, but it took something damn near close.

Although, it felt as though Momo was holding back.

"What is it, Peaches?" My voice sounded deep and loving, almost as if I were talking to a child.

"It's just that, I didn't want to kiss you like that," her voice was raw.

My heart felt a tinge, as if it had fallen to the floor. I felt a whole new level of hurt.

". . . I didn't want to because it fell like a goodbye, and that's the last thing I want to say right now." she spoke slowly, choosing her words carefully.

My body regained it's feeling, but I figured my heart would always be restless with her.

"Well, then don't say goodbye yet . . . stay." I wondered if she would take up the offer, but it felt as though I was reaching for something that seemed too far away.

Momo stood up, hesitating a little, and for a moment I thought I'd lost her.

". . . where do you keep your bowls?" I could just barley make out her voice.

I took her hand and led her to the kitchen.

My gaze followed her and I watched her eyes light up, and the way her hair fell perfectly around her face; she shattered me to bits, but I was okay with it.

In the mess of confusion, emotion, and silence, I wanted nothing more and nothing less, than her.

*Momo's POV*

Everything happened so fast.

One minute I was outside of his door, the next, his lips greeted mine with soft intentions.

But it felt right.

For the first time in my life, I swallowed my fear and I didn't care about the consequences.
