The train stopped in front of the Bunny Burrow station.

Judy took a deep breath. "Ok, this is it, Nick. Good luck, and behave yourself."

Nick smirked. "Me? Behave? Never." He teased. Grabbing both of their suitcases, he shuffled behind her off of the train.

"Mom! Dad!" She chimed, throwing her arms around her parents.

"Hey there, Jude the dude." Her dad greeted.

"JUDY!" Her now, two hundred seventy five siblings welcomed her. Several of her siblings, along with her nieces and nephews were still children, making it even harder to tell them apart.

Truthfully, Judy had no clue how many nieces and nephews she had. The last time she had an official head count was before she moved to Zootopia. At that time she had seven hundred of them, but that was a year and a half ago. And bunnies are good at multiplying, so there was no telling how many there were now.

Nick's eyes were wide with horror. Bunnies. Bunnies everywhere. How could he ever memorize all their names? Or keep track of Judy for the next two days?

Judy whispered in her mom's ear, "You hid dad's fox tazer, right?"

"Yep."

Walking towards Nick, she introduced him to her parents. "Mom, dad, this is Nicholas Wilde, my partner, and best friend. Nick, this is my mom and dad."

He extended his paw to Mr. Hopps first. "Nice to meet you, Mr. Hopps." Hesitantly, Stu shook his paw.

"Please, call me Stu." He said, eyeing the fox. This was surprising to him, he'd never met a city fox. Nick was the antithesis of their partner, Gideon Gray. This fox was skinny and muscular, whereas Gideon was muscular and plump. Country living really filled mammals out.

"Ok, Stu." Nick said, uncomfortable at the situation.

"I'm Bonnie, Judy's mother." She introduced, shaking his paw.

"Nice to meet you." He said.

A few hours later, once everyone got settled in, and Nick had been wallowed on, molested, and stepped on by several young bunnies, Stu asked him if he would help him pick carrots and blueberries in preparation for the festival tomorrow. Of course he agreed to help, though he worried he'd be too tempted to eat all the blue berries.

"Can I help, Nick? Please, Grandpa!" Jasmine and Ace pleaded.

"Well, I guess if Nick says it ok, y'all can." Stu said.

The two young bunnies hopped up to Nick, their eyes sparkling, and noses twitching in excitement. "Pleeeassee!" They begged in unison.

"Sure. Why not?" He said. Nick picked up the wooden crates and carried them out to the fields.

Setting the crates down, he started with the carrots, pulling them out of the ground and tossing them in a crate.

Ace and Jasmine stood next to him, watching his every move.

"Hey, Uncle Nick, you shouldn't toss them in like that, you might damage the produce." Jasmine said.

He froze, studying the young rabbit. Her fur was off white, and she had soft amber eyes. "Um, kid, I'm not your Uncle." He blushed.

"But you will be, someday." Ace said in a matter-of-fact tone.

This was the first time Nick had really noticed the young buck, who had grey fur like his aunt, but grass green eyes, similar to his own.
