Renamon and Lucario's love and action stories

Chapter 9

In the morning at the secret lab

The lead scientist is still alive and is clutching his arm and is hiding and resting

Lead scientist: Damn... I knew this is a bad idea... The whole building is on lock down and there is a monster here. ha. I guess since I did the project I get to name the species of monster this is. I will call it digimon sort for digital monsters. Gah! my wound still hasn't healed...I am losing a lot of blood... I will be dead in an hour...

At Renamon

Renamon: did you have any more nightmares Jackal?

Lucario: If you are going to keep calling me that then I will can you a Vixen.

Renamon: personally I don't mind. I have been called that before.

Lucario: sigh...Scott! oh right he can't understand me.

Scott: are we ready to go?

Renamon: Yes.

Scott: then we just take a boat to a island and we go to this place from there.

Renamon: I have reviewed your world's map and I believe there is a faster way.

Scott: I was planning on avoid going there. Gen the new gym leader there will not let me though until I beat him in a gym battle. So we will have to go off-

Renamon: I understand.

Scott: ok then Lucario come on-

Renamon: I understand fully now that this isn't the world I was searching for. There is no Tokyo here. If what you told me is true than all we have to do is beat this guy right?

Scott: yes... and if we won, it would cut my travel expenses down and I get a gym badge, but I have lost to this guy five times.

Renamon: Wow. lucario it is a shame you lost that many times.

Lucario: HEY!

Scott: Lucario has only lost to him once. I know I am not strong enough...

Renamon: You have me. 

Scott: ok, ok. Even IF having you fighting would be a guaranteed victory, the gym has a policy of 

that all Pokemon must come from a poke ball. You don't have one.

Renamon: you have empty ones. Do it.  

Scott: sigh...fine...

a few days later they have arrived to challenge Gen.

Gen: Scott! what a surprise! If by surprise I mean I expected you to come back here sooner or later.

Scott: Explain the rules. I want to see if they changed.

Gen grins: your overly confident. Rule one: any pokemon may be used, That alone makes this gym different from the others as I may have different types of Pokemon as well. Rule Two: if you for tell a pokemon to do a certain move but trained it to do a different move on that same command than it is still legal.

Scott: I request a new rule. rule 3: No one may question the other about what Pokemon they used.

Gen: that makes things more fun! in that case in addition to that rule this battle is a private one. And a fourth rule. If you lose this battle you must hand over the pokeball of the pokemon I choose. If you don't agree to this rule then I don't accept your challange.

Scott: I de...I accept those terms...

Gen: I am glad to here it! Come on out Magmortar!
