Grace: I heard mom made it to the globes

Mamie: I told yha!

Me: So who wants to come along?

Louisa: It's obvious.

Henry: Dad's phone is off. He just called me to tell me.

Mamie: 😩His phone is off but he called you.

Me: Is any of you seeing someone?

Don: How can you see someone through the phone?

Me: I thought your phone is off.

Don: It is. Can't you see.

Henry: I thought we shouldn't interrupt them.

Grace: And I thought you wouldn't mention that.

Louisa: Am I the only normal person in this family?

Me: Normal is boring.

Louisa: Whattt???😲

Me: Yeah, look a me and you'll see boredness.

Don: No you're not boring. Just look at what we did and where we ended up with the children.

Me: Oh Gosh. Save me.

Me: You just made me realise that  I am normal after all.

Don: Compared to you and those purple minions, I'd agree. But to this family, you're the glue that keeps us this way.

I gave a silly giggle rolling to my back on the bed looking at the screen.

Me: 🌟

Don: So tell me, are ou nervous?

Me: You know me Don. Of course I am.

Don: I do.

Me: So where's the rest of the children? They went to sleep without saying goodnight or are they stalking us?

Don: Think they went to bed.

Me: Something's up, isn't there?

Don: What do you mean?

Me: Are you seeing someone else?

Don: No. Why?

Don: Oh okay. Goodnight then.

Me: Sleep well.

Just when I was about to go offline I got a private message from Don. I gave a smile and open it at his chat with me.

Don: I hope you're not tired.

Me: Worried about tomorrow. I haven't even got a speech prepared at all.

Don: I know you're gonna do great.

Me: Haha, you do? You probably won't even be there.

Don: You'll never know.

Me: Alright Superman, what's going on?

Don: Why so curious?

Me: You and the children are up to something.

Don: Okay so right after I left that night I went to the children and we talked that's why they're okay with it and they're acting all weird because your birthday is laying ahead, you have the Golden Globes tomorrow night and they know what we did.

Me: Uhmmm...okay. If you say so.

Don: Okay what did the children tell you.

Me: Nothing. I wish someone would tell me but no one wants to.
