"Tania... I see him," I say quietly as the rain continues to pour on me, I start to walk again then I feel Tania grasp onto my arm.

"Stop" she says sternly pulling me back.

"Let go Tania, I have too."

"He's gone, violet"

I rip my arm away from her grasp and continue to walk as she stands there watching me.

My hair is soaked, my clothes are soaked. I feel my body shaking from the cold, but I didn't care. I walked up closer to him as he talked to someone from inside a black car. We were behind the old buildings just near the main streets. The lights were all dim, but there was a streetlight that stood near and I was just able to see his face. I felt nervous at first because I never knew who he could be talking too. He always kept secrets from us; sometimes I think that we never knew who he really was. As he stepped back a couple of steps from the car and started leaning in to open up to the back seat I felt that it was my chance.

"What the hell Jack!?" I say walking up to him. "Why the hell did you just leave us like that!"

I felt the anger raging through me. He looked at me with a blank sort of stare. His eyes were glazed over and bloodshot, water dripping down his black shirt. He seemed surprised at first then nervous. He then continued and started to open the back door to the car.

"Jack!" I said sternly.

I hear some inaudible talking from inside the car. I didn't bother to listen.

"Leave, you have no business being here," he says.

"What am I supposed to do about Tony?" I say with fear rising in my voice.

"Nothing, it's done," he says starting to climb in the car.

"You didn't..." I say, as he looks me in the eyes. Then he slams the car door shut.

"No!" I start to scream as I slam my hands on the car as it starts to drive off.

........

I jolted awake sitting up as sweat dripped down my forehead. I look around and I saw no one. I quickly got up and washed my face with cold water to wash off the sweat, and then I took a shower. I was still a bit wary from the sickness, but I managed. I couldn't stand the feeling of sickness on me. I always hated the feeling and having people see me that way.

When I got back out I noticed food and water sitting on the little nightstand near my bed. I then noticed how starving and dehydrated I was. I ate almost everything on the plate and drank the whole glass of water. I felt much better then I had before. I wasn't sure what to do other then to get dressed and start working.

When I was done dressing I heard someone come through the main door. I walked out of the bathroom and saw a servant dressed like me come in. She was quite small and had long wavy blond hair.

"Are you lucid?" she asked me a bit surprised to see me up.

"Yes"

"You were in and out of sleep for three days," she says walking closer.

"What?" I ask surprised. Three days? I don't think I have ever been in bed rest for that long.

"Glad to see you are better, the royals just went down for their dinner,"

"Did I miss something?" I ask.

"No, you woke up just in time for the partner unification tomorrow." She says handing me another glass of water and I drink it all. "John said for you to get started once you are walking again,"
