*You couldn't believe it. You wouldn't believe it. Gandalf was gone. When realising that all of the Dwarfs hiding had been killed by Goblins, you all ran to hide in the room of Balin's tomb. Gimli shrieked while you comforted him. But that didn't help as a large number of Orcs started to break the door down. When they succeeded you all attacked them. You used your sword but was always helped by a flying arrow which was no doubt from Legolas. After slaughtering a mighty troll, you all ran to the bridge. You carried on but Gandalf stayed shouting at the Balrog. All you could remember was the scream of Frodo as Gandalf fell. You screamed too but was pulled away by Legolas.*
When you reached the exit of the mine, you pushed of Legolas's grip and sat down to cry. Merry and Pippin clutched to each other sobbing and Sam too cradled himself. Boromir and Gimli sat in silence while Aragorn cleaned his sword.
"Legolas get them up" he commanded at a confused but strong Legolas.
"Give them a moment for pity's sake" Boromir cried. You looked up to agree with him but Aragorn was quick to answer.
"By nightfall these hills will be swarming with orcs! We must reach the Woods of Lothlórien. Come Boromir, Legolas, Gimli, get them up." Of course Legolas came to you first. He pulled you up and clung to you while you cried into his chest. You could feel him stroking your hair.
"Be strong" he whispered and then left to pick Merry up.
You stared at him walk away, that was the first time you had ever felt love for him. You felt your chest and heart bouncing fast, yes that was Love.
"Frodo, Frodo?" you shouted. The little hobbit slightly starteled turned to you and walked towards you. "We've got to go now" you whisper. His big blue eyes wet with tears stare up at you. You embrace him in a hug while he cries into your shoulder. A warm hand touches you other shoulder, it was Boromir.
"Come on you two, we must leave now" he said in a hushed tone.

As you started to enter the Woods of Lothlórien, you noticed how huge the trees were compared to the ones surrounding Rivendell. You were not frightened as these people were your race yet you still held Legolas's hand sofly.
"Stay close young hobbits! They say there’s a great sorceress lives in these woods, an Elf-witch of terrible power. All who look upon her, fall under her spell…" Gimli said in a what he thought was a whisper. The hobbits stayed with him looking up at the trees. You weren't the only one that felt they were being watched.
"Princess..." a womans voice echoed through your ears. "I am the Lady of Lothlórien..."
You gasp as you feel your body tensing up. Legolas stares at you worried.
"Whats wrong?" he said. But you ignored him.
"Your father was right..." the voice continued "you are worthy as a warrior but is this your destiny?"
Suddenly you are all greeted with at least two arrows pointing at you.
"The Dwarf breathes so loud we could have shot him in the dark." a deep voice said. An elf emerged from trees. You recognised him as Haldir o Lórien.
*After a brief explanation you are taken to see the Lady of the Wood. She greets you all warmly with her husband Celeborn and gives you accomodations to stay in for the night. You thank her but Aragorn asks to sleep outside for the night which you do so. *
You and Legolas are leaning against a trunk of a tree. He touches your face and pushes it against his chest.
"Go to sleep Y/N" he whispers.
"I cannot" you reply. He looks at you and studies your face.
"What did she say to you when we entered the forest?" he asks rather nosily.
"She said about my father and my destiny" you reply touching the ruby on your finger which was a present from Lord Elrond.
"Hmmm" Legolas replies while playing with your hair. "Please sleep now" you nod and close your eyes.
