Texting Remington Leith

Chapter Fourteen

I wake up and remember today Palaye have a show, i'm so exited to see them live and hear the new song Remington couldn't stop talking about. I get dressed and brush my teeth before walking into the living room and sitting on the couch, maybe I should ask Remington about that girl, I wish I hadn't fallen for him we're such good friends and there's a possibility he's taken, i'm so lost in my thoughts I don't realise Remington had walked in until he says "hey" I jump not expecting him to be there, I smile and say "hi" he laughs and says "sorry" I nod and say "it's fine" he sits next to me and says "so you finally get to see us live later" I smile and say "yeah, I can't wait" Sebastian then walks into the room and says "the venue is about two hours away so we'll have to leave at twelve so we have time to set up" Remington nods and says "okay"

         Time Skip To Car Ride

We get in the car, Sebastian and Emerson in the front while in stuck in the back with Remington, Sebastian  says "hey Y/N, hook your phone up to the speakers, you can choose the music" I nod and put the music on.                                                                                                                                              After about two hours we get to the small venue they're playing at later, they start setting up while I sit on a chair and scroll through Twitter, Emerson sits next to me and says "you have a great music taste by the way" I smile and say "thanks" I then hear Remington say "hey" I look up to see Remington with a  girl, the same girl from the photo, he says "Y/N i'd like you to meet my girlfriend Annie, Annie this is my friend Y/N" I put on a fake smile and say "hi, it's nice to meet you" she smiles and says "you too" in the most annoying voice, they walk away and I roll my eyes, Emerson says "I saw that, it's okay though Seb and I don't like her either" I laugh and say "why not?" He sruggs and says "well, we tired to like her but she treated us like shit so we gave up trying, we know she doesn't really like Rem she's been accused of cheating on him so many times but Remington's oblivious" I say "haven't you tried telling him?" He nods and says "yeah, but he wont listen".                                                                                                              Soon after it's time for them too preform, I stay where i'm sitting to listen to them. They are half way through the set when Remington says "okay, this is a new song I wrote it's called Ma Chérie" they play the song, which is really good, I listen to the lyrics and think, could he know that Annie is cheating on him?                                                                                            They finish the set, Em and Seb come over to me, Seb asks "so, are we good live?" I laugh and say "yeah, you guys are amazing" I look over at Remington who is in a corner making out with Annie, I roll my eyes and say "i'll be outside" they nod and I walk outside, I sit on the steps outside the door and look at the sky, soon after Seb and Em walk in front of me and Em says "lets go" I stand up and say "what about Remington?" Seb says "Annie will take him home" I nod and follow them to the car, we get in and Seb starts driving, Em says "Y/N, do you like Rem?" I srugg and say "kinda" Em nods and says "thought so" I smile.                                                             Soon after we arrive back at their house, we walk in and I say "i'm going to bed" before going to my room.
