Chapter Thirty - Seven

Two Years Later

Remington woke me earlier than normal today and all he did was tell me we're going on a date, it always makes me laugh how random he is, he told me to dress somewhat formally so I go to my closet and look at my clothes, I decide on wearing a simple black dress that has a skull on it, I put some black tights on with my boots before walking into the living room to find Remington looking like he's from 2004 with the Revenge Era, I smile before looking at the time to see it's 1PM, I say "so, where are we going?" He smiles and says "you'll see but first we're going to get something to eat" I nod and we walk out the door to the car and he starts driving. We soon arrive at The Cheesecake Factory. After eating we get back into the car and he starts driving somewhere else, I don't bother asking where we're going since I know he wont tell me. After a few minutes we arrive at the familiar looking forest, I smile and say "I haven't been here in so long" he nods and says "I haven't either since touring and recording" I nod and we walk over to the newly planted flowers, Rem stands next to me and says "so, I brought you here for a reason, we came on here on our first date so I thought what better place to do this here than anywhere" I look at him confused but before I can say anything he is down on one knee with a small black box in his hand, he opens it to reveal a beautiful ring, he smiles and says "Y/N, we've been together for almost six years and I really want to be with you forever, when I was out with Em we saw this ring and I knew now was the right time so, Y/N will you be mine forever and marry me?" I smile and say "yes" He smiles and puts the ring on my finger before standing up and kissing me.
