Chapter Seventeen

I wake up , get dressed and brush my teeth before going into the living room and sitting on the couch, Em soon comes out of his room and sits next to me, he says "how great is it that she's here" I nod and say "I know, you think with me being here he'd want to hang out with me more than her" he nods and says "yeah, he sees her basically everyday and this is the first time you're able to hang out" I nod and say "exactly" we hear a door open and see Rem and Annie walk out, I move closer to Em and say "speak of the devil" he laughs while they sit down, I notice Rem look at us questionably since Em and I are sitting without any space between us when there's a whole couch full of room, Em looks at me and smiles, I guess he noticed Rem looking at us, Annie says "so, Y/N, what do you do?" I say "what do you mean?" she sighs and says "what do you do for a living?" I say "well, nothing at the moment i'm working on becoming a photographer for bands and stuff, what do you do?" she says "oh, i'm a model" how? Models are supposed to be pretty, I smile and say "cool" she nods and faces her attention back om Rem, Em gets up and grabs my hand before saying "come on" I get up and follow him to his room, we sit on his bed and he says "if we do things like his, it might work" I nod and say "how is she a model?" he gets his phone and says "here's her most recent photo"he shows me a picture of her, I laugh and say "oh, she's a slut" he nods and says "well yeah, i'm sure she's cheated on him throughout their relationship" I think for a moment before saying "I have an idea, it's dumb but it could work" he says "okay, what is it?" i say "what if, what if we kissed in front of him" Em raises his eyebrow and I say "sorry" he smiles and says "no, it's a good idea, we should but we should tell Seb first so he knows the plan" I nod and Em walks out of the room. Soon after he comes back and says "Seb came up with a great idea, we should wait until they go out of a room and when they come back in we'll kiss so Rem sees us" I nod and say "okay, when?" Em says "now? They're not in the living room at the moment" I nod, hopefully this wont be too awkward.
