Chapter Twenty - Seven

I wake up and look beside me to see Remington is gone, I get up and go into the living room to find Remington asleep on the couch with the tv on  and dried tears on face, I frown and nudge, he opens his eyes and looks up at me, I say "babe?" he smiles at the name and "sorry I guess I fell asleep watching tv" I nod and say "why were you crying?" He touches his face and says "oh, I didn't realize, I'm just worried about Em" I nod and say "he'll be okay. Lets get ready to go to the airport" he nods and we walk to the bedroom to get ready, we get dressed and brush our teeth before getting my bag and leaving for the airport. When we get to the airport we go through security before going to the gate like normal, while we're waiting for the plane Rem gets a phone call, he answers his phone and talks to someone for a bit before he hangs up the phone and says "okay, Emerson is fine apparently he  got dehydrated and that's why he passed out" I nod and say "see, I told you he'd be okay" he nods and says "I know but it could've been something serious" I nod before we both hear "flight 2600 is now boarding" we smile at each other and get in line before walking onto the plane for the five hour flight.
