Prologue;

Two years earlier -

Her eyes looked throughout her surroundings. The sky had light of the moon, and there had been a series of trees that appeared as far as she could see. The ground beneath her had been bothering her ever since she had been told to sit down, and wait.

Small animal likes noises left her mouth. Her hands moved nervously in her lap as she bit her lip, not knowing what to do. Her bottom lip had nearly fallen off, from her biting herself so hard. She wasn't crying, she had too much pride to show weakness, she had no shame. A few moments later, shadows from behind the trees had appeared, and she had sucked in amounts of air, patiently waiting for something of the extreme to happen. Two figures had appeared, and had been slightly unnoticeable due to the lack of light that had been present. The first figure, familiar, had been a boy, who was her age. He had golden angelic locks which had shined underneath the moonlight. The boys eyes had been of a deep navy blue. His skin had been pale, and his lips were chapped and light pink. He was surely stunning, and took her interest away from what was happening. Behind him had been a girl, who seemed to be a little bit older than them. She had whimpered and tears went down her tanned cheeks. Her hair was rather messy and tangled. But it had been blending in with the dark that surrounded them. Her eyes had been a sweet brown color, and she had looked frightened. Both of them had moved foward, and the boy had spoke so steady.

"Roset," he smirked at her. She had always loved to be called Roset by him, it had been her middle name. But she hadn't minded at all. She bit the inside of her cheek. Roset carefully got up, and the branches had stuck to the back of her pants. The boy had smiled and before he could do anything he said:

"Roset, you know everything. I want you to know how things are for real." The girls eyes began to leak of tears as she tried to blow her dark hair away from her face.

Simply, he pushed her against a tree and she groaned in pain. Roset cried out in protest, and she ran up to him to try to force him away. But he grunted and pushed Roset to the ground, the twigs and branches hurting her as she fell back. The girl had been pinned against the tree now, pleading him to stop, to leave. But he had not listened. He now lounged his canine white teeth into the side of her neck. The girl had cried out in pain, but it had weakened after a matter of seconds. Once he was done, the girl had fallen to the floor, her body was limp and colorless. Roset had watched, and she had gotten up from the ground, rocks had went inside of her palms. She brushed them off.

"Monster!" Roset cried out and began to run. She hadn't stopped until she reached near her home. Roset then later locked herself inside her room, away from everyone except her brother. He was now the only thing she had at that moment.
