It had been 2 days. I was getting ready to shoot a scene with Noah. Today was the last day of shooting for the music video.
Noah and I were becoming really great friends. He ironically lives in new york in the same area as me. It's hard to believe we hadn't met before.
I put on my the loose white shirt and headed to the set. "Hey girl hey!"Noah came up to me and said in a sassy accent.
I laughed. "Hey, you ready?"
"Yep, acting like you're psycho is weirdly fun. It's hard not to laugh sometimes."He looked at me and I chuckled.
"Yeah watching you act crazy is pretty funny, giving you the drink today is gonna take a lot not to laugh."We arrived at the set.
They strapped Noah into his chair and shot a couple parts of him acting crazy. "Alright hydrate this boy!"The director joked and we laughed.
He told me what to do and I took position. "Action!"
I walked into the shot with the cup. Noah's eyes widened and he leaned forward as he shook a little. I tilted the cup and he made it look like he was scared but relieved to have the liquid. He was one of the best actors I've seen.
"Cut!! That was awesome, Noah try and look at her a little more and struggle."
He said okay and rolled again. This time he looked at me multiple times and wiggled like he was trying to break free.
"Cut!! Fabulous, one more time with the same things."
We did it one more time and then I was completely done with the video. Noah had a few more parts to film.
"You can stay and watch if you want."He said to me as I was about to leave the set and go to my dressing room.
"Oh, I won't distract you?"I teased and he laughed.
"Surprisingly no you won't."He smiled and then they told him to start acting again.
I sat in a chair and watched him. He was violently trying to get out of the chair and be free. It almost looked like a seizure. It was weirdly mesmerizing to watch him.
- 1 hour later -
"Alright!! We're done with filming the music video!! Great job everyone!!"
We all cheered and Noah stood next to me. Everyone was hugging.
"Hug?"He awkwardly asked me.
"Sure."I laughed and we hugged each other. It didn't last long but I felt something unusual when he had his arms around me. Almost like I was safe. I had never felt it before.
We pulled away and both blushed.
"Umm, I'm gonna go change out of this stupid thing. I'll see you later."I told him and went back to my room.
I put on blue shorts and a black tank top with white daisies. I did my makeup since they had me looking all pale.
My phone made a noise so I picked it up. I lit up the screen and nearly dropped my phone when I saw the notification.
It was an email from The Duffer Brothers.
I screeched and thought about reading it with Noah, but I couldn't wait another second.
Taking a deep breath, I opened the email.
"Dear Emris,
We were extremely impressed with your audition and are pleased to inform you that we've casted you for the role of Ally Foxx. We start filming October 3rd so please be in Atlanta Georgia by the last week of September.
