It had taken a few hours for my little group to get to the leaf village, but we did so in one piece. Iruka volunteered to help Seichii catch up with the other students while I talked with the Hokage about my new family's papers. So far I have been stuck in his office for over an hour helping the old man with papers since he was so behind in work. My team had stopped by earlier, but I decided that Sarutobi could use some help before we got down to our business.
"I think that's fine Kami. Thank you." The Hokage suddenly called out just as I finished reviewing the last stack of papers.
"As we were previously discussing.." I started and he nodded waving his hand.
"Yes, the three children you have brought into the village. You wanted for them to become apart of the hidden leaf?"
"Yes sir. My home is more than enough room and I'm sure that I will not have any financial problems for a while." I stated looking the man.
"I see.. And what are their names exactly?"
"Kiyoko, Yoshi, and Seiichi." Almost as soon as the names left my mouth the door behind me burst open.
"Big brother!" Seiichi's voice filled the room and I turned to see him pointing straight at me.
"Seiichi? What are you doing here? Are you supposed to be focusing on your studies?" I asked walking the the younger male.
"Did you tell him? Huh? Are we actually gonna be a great clan?" His eyes sparkled with excitement and hope as I ruffled his hair.
"I was just getting to that part Seiichi. You're more than welcome to tell the Hokage yourself if you'd like." I offered him a smile as his cheeks began to flare noticing the Hokage right behind me.
"O-oh.. Umm.. N-no thanks." I laughed as I grabbed his hand pulling him to the Hokage's desk.
"Is there something you wish to discuss with me?" Sarutobi's voice was filled with amusement as he had four papers lined up in front of him.
"I-I um.. Well..."
"Seiichi wants us to be a clan. An official one. Like the Uchiha's once were." I interrupted calmly and the old man smiled.
"Well in that case you'll need a name." Studying the papers on his desk I noticed mine amongst them.
"Matsui." The name was automatic and Seiichi wiggled beside me trying to contain his excitement.
"Very well." Turning to Seiichi I sighed.
"Aren't you supposed to be studying Seiichi? How do you expect to be a good ninja if you don't put in any effort?" Sasayaki let out a small hiss of agreement as she shifted around my neck.
"U-umm well you see..." he started looking at the ground playing with his hands. "It's boring. I wanna experience everything not study it." I heard the Hokage laughing at his desk as I sighed.
"Seiichi, studying is very important even if it's boring," he frowned. "But I guess.. I'll just have to help Iruka with your teachings." His eyes sparkled as he suddenly jumped up throwing his arms around me.
"Thank you big bro!" Seiichi yelled before running out the Hokage's office.
"Please excuse me Hokage. I have other matters to attended to." And with that I walked out the office following my adopted brother.
"Why did we take him again?" Sasayaki questioned as Seiichi tripped down the stairs.
"Everyone needs a home and somebody to love them Sasayaki. I will not turn away from the abandoned and unloved," I turned my attention to the boy. "Seiichi?! Are you alright?!"
"Y-yeah!" Seiichi stuttered out of embarrassment as he pushed himself off the ground.
"Maybe you should be more careful." I smiled at him as I ruffled his hair.
"Got it!" We began walking around the village as Sasayaki began to hiss seeming unnerved.
"Is there something wrong Sasayaki?" My answer met no response as a sudden gust of wind brushed past us and Sakura rushing past us right after.
"Isn't that your teammate big bro?" Seiichi questioned as I glared at her retreating figure.
"Yes. It is." I answered quietly and Seiichi suddenly started running.
"Come on! Let's go say hi!"
