Layla's POV:
Placing some cereal in front of the twins I turn back around headed towards the kitchen and began making some bacon and eggs.
Once I was nearly finished making the food I heard multiple feet stomping their way downstairs with muttered greetings.
"Foods on the table!" I shout towards the approaching feet whilst I placed food down on the table.
Walking into the room came my dad, my two older brothers, and of course Joe.
Turning back towards the kitchen I grab myself a cup of hot chocolate. A fun fact about me is that I can't eat in the mornings because it makes me feel sick.
"So how are you guys this morning" I question the quiet table as I lean against the door frame as there is no seat available.
My dad is the first to reply."I'm good but I won't be back tonight. I have extra work to do in the office that needs to be finished by the end of the week so you guys will have to cook tonight" He announced stuffing food into his mouth.
No one else seemed bothered enough to talk so I took the time to get ready.
(What Layla looks like and what she is wearing is at the top )
Once I was dressed I got ready to leave and drop the twins off at school.
Entering my school gates I'm faced with a large sum of students chattering about whatever interests their small-minded brains.
Before I could even reach my locker my arm is gripped from behind me.
Turning to face the person I come face to face Isabella."Hey, what's up?" I ask releasing my arm from her grasp and continuing my venture to my locker.
"My dance instructor was impressed with your dancing last night." She says trying to grab hold of my arm again.
"And?" I say with a sigh knowing what she's about to say. "He was asking if you would join the team." She announces sounding hopeful.
"He does this every time I fill in for you and the answer is always going to be the same," I say turning to face her. Looking at her face she still seemed hopeful.
"Isabella I've said it many times before. No." This seemed to make her face falter a little.
"You know I don't want to dance nor have the time to do it so please stop asking, I'm already struggling with time as it is..." I say in a softer voice hoping not to hurt her feelings.
"I'm sorry" was all I was able to say after seeing the look on her face before quickly walking away.

Zac's POV:
Leaning against my locker my eyes follow the mysterious girl I can't seem to wrap my head around her face holding a look of guilt and stress as she rubbed her temples lightly as she made her way across the hallway to her locker.
What was troubling her so much?

Hey, guys it's been a while and this is short but I had written some of this chapter before I had exams and unfortunately I lost that work when I came back to write today so sorry for the minimal writing that I was able to do.
I know most of you don't read the notes at the end of a chapter but for any of you that do I have exams coming up again soon which is going to be stressful and take up some time but please be patient for new updates.
Anyway, thank you to everyone who has stuck around and has been patient and understanding I'm thankful to all of you for reading and putting up with all my issues.
