Last night may have been the best night of my life. I'm pretty sure Sawyer and I are meant to be together. I know it sounds crazy but when I'm with him everything just feels right.
To my extreme surprise and pleasure he slept over last night. We stayed up until 4 in the morning just talking.
It seemed like the conversation never stopped. We just flowed effortlessly from one topic to another. Getting to know Sawyer is very fun, and slightly frustrating. A big part of the night was spent debating on our differences.
He doesn't like Marvel Comics, or any comics at all for that matter. Marvel is a way of life for me. I can't go a day without quoting or referencing a comic. He only reads for school, he thinks reading for fun is a waste of time. I hate being forced to read for an assignment, but I can't think of a better way to pass the day then to curl up with a good book. His favorite colors are black and white. Mine are purple and lime green. He's a cat person. I hate cats. He doesn't like to party. I've been called a party animal on many occasions. He loves working out. The only work out I get is from walking to class and dancing for fun. The list seems endless. Despite our many differences I still find him interesting. We have alot in common to.
We're both very stubborn, and opinionated. Neither of us hesitates to say whats on our minds. A lot of people think we come of as mean but we're not. We both over think every small detail of our lives.
I don't normally give people a lot of information about me, but I really opened up to Sawyer. I told him some things that not even my best friend knows about me.
For the most part we tried to keep the conversation light but some times we talked about some things that are really difficult to talk about. He found my anxiety problems, very interesting. He loved hearing me rant about therapy and treatment. I was captivated when he told me about his best friends suicide two years ago. During those hard conversations I realized that we're both extremely good listeners.
I learned so much about Sawyer last night and I still want to know more.
Mary: What you doin?
Me: Well I was thinking about the best night of my life before you text me ... But now nothing
