Yan Da groaned. She felt something warm entered her body, shifting and moving inside her. It's different from the ones she's used to. It's not the same as the scorching heat in their kingdom nor the heat she feels inside her own body.

So, she let her hand down. Settling herself silently on the tree, she sighed. Subtly looking at Shi. "So near yet so far," she whispered into the air.

The leaders looked at each other at what they had witnessed. Ka Suo asked Xing Jiu to monitor the two and notify them is Yan Da woke up. He really wanted to know if Tian Jin is really Shi.

"Why won't she approach him?" Li Luo asked in confusion. "When it's obvious that she wants to?"

"Something is stopping her. Should we continue Your Majesty?" Xing Jiu asked.

Ka Suo nodded. "Until both will go to sleep."

"Are you really going to stare at me all night?" Tian Jin said, eyes fixed on his mother's tomb stone. He couldn't sleep so he went there. Hoping to recover more of his memories. He noticed Yan Da even before she stepped into the place. Her energy was stronger now, matching his. He smiled. Happy that she bonded with his soul well.

His forehead creased, though, when he felt her hesitation to approach him.

"You noticed?"

"Even before you step in here."

Yan Da pouted. The hesitation is still there.

"What's wrong?"

"Uh... It's just that father told me to avoid you if we ever met."

Tian Jin faced her when he heard that. "Avoid me?"

She nodded. A seductive smirked curved his lips, approaching her. "With those feelings you have for me, is that... even possible?" he said when he was near enough. Using his fingers to tilt her head, making her look at him.

Yan Da gaped. "W-who said that I have feelings for you!? Li Tian Jin, don't get ahead of yourself!"

"Should we put that into a test then?" he said, leaning in. Yan Da felt her face heat up. Quickly, turning her back at him. He grinned.

"I'll head back first." She said about to move when he hugged her from behind.

"I almost killed him," he said, holding her tighter. "But your father stopped me."

"I'm sorry that I wasn't there to stop him," the prince continued, making her smile sadly. She then faced him, cupping his face with her delicate hands.

"Look at me. I'm fine. We're okay. Don't blame yourself." She told him. "Besides, you did save me by merging your soul with mine."

"I didn't want to lose you both." He confessed. She grinned, brushing his cheek softly with her thumb. She could feel his sincerity. She then leaned in kissing him softly on the cheek. Silently wishing that when his memories returned, he'll still treat her the same.
