Tian Jin grasped his injured side. He could feel the blood seeped out of it. It was quite deep, making his left side numb. "Tell me. What did you do to Yan Da?" He forced out.

"Yan Da..." Flame said, readying to attack again. "is no more."

"You're lying." The prince said in denial. He could feel his heart break at what he heard. It couldn't be.

Flame smirked sadistically. "Even if I am, it's not like you are ever going to see her again. I never liked you Ying Kong Shi. You were just a puppet to me. However, that was a mistake. I should have killed you before you even became closer to my daughter." He spat, attacking once again.

Tian Jin blocked it, letting out a sarcastic laugh. "Your daughter!? You said that as if you truly care about her. How many times did you sent her in missions that were most likely kill her? A lot. You even sent her to the Sacred Snow Mountain alone."

Huo Yi became enraged at that. His attacks were continuous making sure that the other won't have a time to retaliate. Tian Jin heaved, kneeling on one knee. He could feel his body weakening.

"SHI!" a voice then called out, making him sigh in relief.

"You're late." Tian Jin stated, getting up.

Flame smirked. "This is good. I can finish you both at the same time." Throwing powerful fireballs at the brothers.

Yan Da transported herself in the borders of Ice Palace. Gasping in horror when she saw Huang Tuo, Luna and Chao Ya's bodies. She closed her eyes in sorrow. Kneeling down in front of the trio, she let her borrowed energy engulfed them.

Lan Shang, Li Luo and the Mermaid Saint felt the power surge. In a flash, the three were on the withering blooms.

The fight between the two brothers and the fire was intense. The trio couldn't do anything but to stay aside and watch. Feeling their presence, Flame attacked them too. Luckily they were quick enough to dodge the attacks.

"You really are despicable Huo Yi. We're the ones that you're fighting not them." Ka Suo spat at the fire king. Going in front of the trio.

"Let's see if how long can you protect them," the fire king stated, launching his attack at Ka Suo. The other king gritted his teeth, countering the attack.

Tian Jin took that chance to attack too. Huo Yi gasped, feeling the deicide sword pierced him from behind.

"If I'm going to die," He forced out. "Then I'm going to take some of you with me!" Ka Suo and Tian Jin's eyes widened when they saw that the fire king's first attacks came into life going directly at Lan Shang and Li Luo.

"Lan Shang!"

"Li Luo!"

"Father no!"

Three voices vibrated through the area. However, the next one was the one that hurt them the most.

"YAN DA!!!"

"Yan Da. "cried out Tian Jin again, catching the fire princess's falling form. The fire princess gasped in pain, feeling the intense effect of her father's attacks.

"Ying Kong Shi..." she uttered, reaching out and removing his mask. The others' gasped in surprise when they saw him changed back into his old self.

"Yan Da." Shi answered emotionally. His memories have finally returned. He remembered everything that she has done for him. The time they've spent together even though those were rare. "Yan Da dui bu qi."

"D-don't say that. I-I should be the one t-that's saying I'm sorry. Ying Kong Shi, dui bu qi. I-I h-have to go now. I can't play with you anymore. I – I can't light up fireworks for you anymore..."

Shi felt his tears fall. His heart breaking in every word that she uttered.

Ka Suo and the others' felt tears streaming down their cheeks too. She is dying and they couldn't do anything.

Yan Da caressed Shis cheek lovingly. Cherishing the last moment that she could touch that him. Her hand is already starting to get cold. Shi grasped it, bringing it to his cheek closer.

"Y-ying Kong S-shi... the truth is... I have loved you the... first time ... that...I-I saw you..." She continued, taking her last breath. Shi gasped, bringing her close to him.

Sounds of fireworks then were heard from above. Looking up, the group saw the beautiful fireworks painting the sky with its colors. They smiled. Hearts aching for their lost friend that even in her death. She thought of a way to comfort them.
