Four days had passed but Tian Jin isn't back yet. This made Ka Suo and Yan Da restless. Moreover, they found out that Li Luo and Lan Shang had switched souls when they were revived.

Ka Suo let out a deep sigh. His mind is in chaos. The veiled lotus will wither soon. If he didn't go, he would miss his chance. Li Luo and Lan Shang would be stuck in each other's bodies for a very long time. Possibly forever. However, with the threat that's looming just around the corner. He couldn't just go and leave his people behind.

"You should go." Yan Da said, standing beside him.

"I can't just leave you guys in here."

"Ka Suo, do you trust us?"

The king frowned at the accusation. "Of course."

"Then believe in us. Believe in Ying Kong Shi too." Ka Suo looked at her in surprise, making her smirk. "I'm very observant. I know that you already figure out who Li Tian Jin really is."

"But..."

"You do have responsibility to stay with us but don't forget that you also have responsibility as a husband to Li Luo and as a friend to Lan Shang. Those two had already been through a lot. If the situation right now will continue, it will only break them more. You must have notice it right?"

Ka Suo avoided her gaze. Of course he knew. He's with them almost every day.

"Wang..." another voice said, looking behind him Ka Suo was met by a reassuring smile from the other tribe leaders.

He shook his head, smiling.

Another two days had passed and Tian Jin still hasn't come back. Yan Da bit her lip. She couldn't wait any longer. Getting up, she got her cloak and left.

"Did anyone of you saw Princess Yan Da?" Huang Tuo asked at his friends.

"I thought she was just in her room," Chao Ya answered, confused.

"I saw her leave the castle." Yang Dan said. She was there to see Li Luo. The leaders' eyes widen at that.

"Maybe she just went to the hills of withering blooms?" Lan Shang said. "Right, who am I kidding. She went back to the blaze city didn't she?"

Huang Tuo gulped at that. "Tian Jin is going to kill me..."

"Why would I do that?" a voice then drawled from the entrance of the throne room.

"Y-you're back?"

"As you can see. It wasn't an easy feat to convince Huo Yi but in the end he gave me the tear drops." He said, showing them the necklaces. "Where are Ka Suo and Yan Da?"

"King Ka Suo went back to the Sacred Snow Mountain..." Luna replied.

"And Yan Da?"

"You see ..." Huang Tuo began, avoiding the narrowed gaze directed at him. Tian Jin turned around, cursing. Afraid of what he'll do. Chao Ya, Luna and Huang Tuo followed him.

In the Blaze City...

"Father, what are you doing!?" Yan Da screamed in horror. She saw her father ready himself to eat all of her brothers. "FATHER STOP!" she continued, kneeling. Tears streamed down her cheeks. "PLEASE! THEY ARE YOUR CHILDREN!" She cried out.

Huo Yi heard her but he still continued. No one will stop him in getting what he wants. If he has to sacrifice his sons, then so be it.

"FATHER PLEASE STOP!" Yan Da cried out over and over again, hoping that he'd change his mind but he didn't. He only stopped when he had absorbed them all.

Yan Da's sobs echoed in the throne room. They were her brothers. Even though, she wasn't that close to them and they always bully her, they are still her siblings. It pained her to see them die that way. The worst thing is it's their father who killed them.

The fire princess's body trembled in fear as her father walked up to her. She closed her eyes, waiting. She flinched when he felt his hand on her shoulder.

"Yan Da, do you fear me?" She heard him say. She didn't answer. Opening her eyes, he met his eyes. Yan Da sob more. The look in her father's eyes said it all. He's not the same anymore. His greediness for power had consumed him.

"Father why?" she said. "They were your children. Are you going to kill me too?"

The fire king wiped his daughters tears. "No. You are the only princess of our tribe and once I have conquered the three realms. You'll realize that your brothers' sacrifice is worth it."

He then left.

"Father..." Yan Da called out in pain. Her worst fears have come true. Once again, her nightmare became a reality.
