The After Show {Niall Horan}

Chapter 4~

After I get my ticket scanned, I head over to the section that my ticket was assigned. As I'm going down I'm starting to realize that I'll be in the very front. I didn't pay attention to the seat number when he gave me ticket because all I cared about was seeing him. As I sit in my seat, I realize that a few girls in the first 2 rows are dressed a little...hoe-y? Is that the right word? I don't know but it's less than 40*F and they're dressed like it's double that. I start to feel jealous but I need to stop worrying about it..

After Gavin James's performance

After Gavin James performed, everyone was in a good mood and smiling. He really set off a positive mood. He was funny, sweet, and naturally talented. Now all I do is wait for Niall. All of a sudden I feel a tap on my shoulder, I turn around and see a security guard. He leans over and whispers to me, "Niall will be waiting for you backstage. Please wait until the end the very end of the performance." He walks away as I nod my head. He remembered. He also must've peaked out to see if I was here. My heart flutters at the thought of it. 

Next thing we know, the lights go out. Everyone starts screaming and stands. I smile and stand up and see Niall come out with his guitar. I recognize the first song starting to play as "Tide". I adore all of his songs, especially "Mirrors". I can listen to him all day. His voice is mesmerizing and I sing along taking it all in. He makes eye contact with me a couple of times during his performance and winks at me. I'd wink back sometimes but I'd mainly smile back and continue singing along.

After Niall's performance

I sit down after Niall leaves the stage. Everyone is rushing out the doors to go see him outside. But little do they know that the girl he is seeing tonight is me. That sounded a little selfish but I swear I'm not. I'm just excited. I look around and notice that I'm the only one in the seating area still. I hear a heavy door open from the side of the stage and see the same security guard, he waves at me to come over and I grab my purse and oblige. He leads me through a small hallway with doors next to each other. Next thing I know, we are walking into Niall's changing room. He stands up and looks over at me and smiles. The guard leaves and I smile back. 

"You look amazing tonight Nicole. Thank you for coming." His smile is so bright and I see him eye me up and down. I blush very hard.

"Thank you, you don't look so bad yourself. You were perfect tonight." I tell him, still smiling like an idiot. 

"Thanks hah, I try my best. You ready to go out?" 

"Yeah I am, what do you have planned?" 

"Well there's a pizza place not far from here I saw, Giordanos?"

I smile and reply, "Yeah sounds perfect. Are you gonna wait until the crowd diminishes outside?"

He laughs, "Nah, I have a way better idea. I'll change my clothes completely, put a hat on, keep my head down, and we'll leave through the main entrance and run to my driver who will be outside the doors waiting." 

"Well let's hope it works." I chuckle.

After he changes, we go along with the plan. We run as fast as we can and next thing I know, we're in the car heading to the pizza place. It's almost 11:30 and when we arrive, we find out it closes at 11. We debate on what to do and the driver insists on taking us to a park that I've been to plenty of times. There's a movie theater and ton restaurants and bars around it. There's also an ice skating rink that opens at the end of November. As we arrive we go out into the open park, decorated with bright lights, almost no trees,  and restaurants surrounding it. Surprisingly, there's not many people which is perfect. 

"Wow this looks amazing." He says.

"Yeah it really does." I say as we sit on a bench near a bowling alley, looking at the park in front of us and the bright lights swallowing the dark sky. 

He turns to me and says, "So tell me about yourself."
