Kim Taeyeon of SNSD, had once filed a lawsuit under a case name similar to Kris’s, and it was regarding the pay they had been receiving at that time. Reportedly, it was because the members received a much lower income than what they should have been receiving according to their sales etc.

Hence, Kris’s lawsuit in this case may not mean that he is going to leave EXO or terminating the contract, but perhaps he wants SM to relook into the contract terms etc.

I have a high respect to Big Hit entertainment. Why? Simply because even they are not that big company like SM, they value there idols/artists. They treat them right. They hang out. They enjoyed theirselves. They are happy with each other, which SM doesn't have. A big company who doesn't care with their artists.
