Chapter Eighteen

"Kite? Hey, wait!"

Trees past by quickly as heavy breathing is heard. Nature continues on as it all seems normal and most importantly right. However, something was different for those who noticed it either took no thought of it or ran. Either way towards or away it was the same.

"what the hells going on?!?"

"someone answer me!"

"NO!"

I'll be completely honest yesterday has been a complete and total mess. Yuma, Shark, and Kite all in the same place together. I'd wish it would be for s good concept but it isn't. His name was Mizar something about him made me allow a shiver to crawl up my spine. Short Summary Yuma got stuck in a sticky situation apparently and Kite took his place in the duel of a Sphere Feild. An odd contraption giving power I would imagine to the user, but it's not completely clear. I'm still shocked about it I feel as though my life has just turned into a big mess. I find myself wondering about my family, but. . . I try to forget. Oh right it probably would be a good idea to note about what took place a few days ag-

It was 3:00 am I had been awake writing until just this moment. Today was tiring and my body finally gave into sleep. However instead of my normal terror's something different became of tonight.

The sky in this place was a swirled blue with black. It looked like clouds swirling to a center point without anything ever happening. The ground was a blue color (they were rocks) but it was tinted a chaos purple. With every step, I took my heart sank.

As I walked I soon stopped within this world I've never seen before. "what the F@!k is happening? I-I still have regular thoughts like when I'm awake. . . Am I awake?" just as I was gathering my thoughts I felt the world crash in front of me, literally.

Within several second the diagonal steeped rocks coming out of the ground like San Andres Fault (if you've ever seen the fault you should get the reference) collapsed without warning. Dust soon filled the air threatening to choke my lungs. "what the-"

Then out of the dust, a silhouette of a person stepped out. However, within time more dust cleared and features were made realized. I gasped, "how can this be?!"

Staring right back at me was someone who looked exactly like me only this time she-no I had purple eyes instead of blue. My eyes widening in fear, I took a step back, then it happened. I twisted my ankle. . .

I laid up against a wall as I stared at her for as long as possible. Just then I noticed her tilt her head slightly blink then smile. My mouth opened slightly with teeth closed and my brows down on my eyes.

Raaaaaawwwwwwwrrrrrr. My eyes open slightly I was standing with my regular duel gear on. Looking down at my ankle in surprise to feel no pain. Finally looking at the battlefield I notice other monsters face-down on the field lifeless (they were physically there lifeless on the field). Another rawr erupted ahead of me my Dusk-Eyes was defending me from blows from a creature I couldn't see besides a purple-black glow.

Suddenly a sight I never thought I would see comes. Tears stream down my warm cheeks as I fall to my knees. I became a crippling leaf still trying yo fly without realization of what had just happened to me. My heart officially broke at that moment or I thought it would. "this. . . T-this didn't happen. . . I can't I-I won't!"

My Precious Dusk-Eyes dragon falls to dust particles into the wind. Not even thinking about the dragon-like creature in front of myself all I saw was a blue of a creature. Although it didn't seem knew inside my thoughts kept me thinking.

Giving into defeat I give way to gravity and let my body hit the ground without stopping. Tears continued to flow down my cheeks and mouth.
My eyes closed softly and everything became dark and remained dark with a tint of blue seeping through the window. Hesitating I blink my eyes, then I look for My Dragon. Surely enough I found it in one piece still ok and myself still in one piece also. However ok I felt though I knew I lost something at that moment, but what?

            It was then 4:00 Am when I left. . .
