I lay in my bed as I feel odd in the place. It's been Quiet for the past few days I don't ever remember it being quiet. Sometimes I get a chill from this place a disturbing feeling that something's missing, but this was my decision. Staying here in the city might have been my only choice. Yes I love my family dearly, but I don't want to be trapped within my family... and Vetrix still doesn't have my trust. Sighing I start to sit up in my bed it's old creaking sounding somewhat soothing.

I've been in this room for two days straight, and I haven't even started what I wanted to do. Looking across my room I watch as my curtains move slightly as the wind hits them. Soon my eyes wonder close to my hands on my lap. They hadn't picked up a deck in a while nor really anything this time. My fingers soon grab onto my skirt I had been wearing this morning.

"I'm not done yet. It's not hard to meet people... what am I saying? Just go out don't think." Getting up I move over to a mirror fixing anything that was out of place. My Dark blue eyes shining slightly in the small light from the window. Sighing once more I grab my dueling gear and head out of my room. Down the stairs, and through the main Entrance. Walking across the bridge once I had made it across I look back over to it.

The sun shining off the clear blue pond with the White Castle like structure seemingly majestic look. Smiling slightly I turn away and head into the small forest that covered this place from the city. Once out of the small forest I look up and out the buildings here were too tall to see what happened to HeartLand Tower. Curious though I make my way there wanting to get a closer look. It did take a few hours to make my way there by foot, but once I did I was only met with a tall wall. Security seemingly everywhere looking around I notice a small building that seemed abandoned. Jogging over to it I find a few vines and began to climb. The building had a tall roof that was able to look over the wall that stood, but it was too far to jump over to the edge of the wall. Sitting up on the wall I bring my legs in and wrap my arms around them my head resting on my knees.

HeartLand Tower had been completely knocked down, but it looked like workers were building the foundation. You could see that most of the debris was being taken away and the foundation was being structured. I start to remember some of my old memories up here, but try to block them like I had these years. I had probably spent a few hours up here making its way to be almost dawn. The sun getting lower and lower every minute. With my last bit of sunlight left in the sky i thought I'd go and search the area for a little. Getting down from the roof to the ground. I end up finding a few store complexes and a few parks. Although I only was searching a small part of town the sun soon vanished behind the horizon. Most people were asleep, but I knew of the things that happen at night. Trying to stay away from that thought though I try to make it back home.

"I haven't even seen anyone from the Carnival. Not Yuma, Not Shark, not even Yuma's friends," I soon stop myself as I feel a bit of rain on my head. Raising a hand up I start to feel rain drops come down. Before I knew it it had started pouring.

Running through the sidewalks I try to figure out which part of the city I was in, but with the rain and darkness it was hard to know where one was. Soon I dodge into a near alleyway after endless running and take shelter in a near building at the end. It had been unlocked so without thinking I ran in. Finding a small corner in the building I lay against it shivering as I wait till morning. It's not like this was the first time it happened to me anyways.
