Chapter-9

Hello guys it's me Tripti here. I am really very sorry for late update I failed in keeping my promise but what to do I am not well so I hope you all can understand. I will try to give updates in every two or three days. Do listen to the song above I hope you will like it.

Rudra's gaze fell where Shivika were sitting. Rudra nudged Om
Rudra: O vo admi bhaiya ki tarah nhi lag rha.
Om: Lag nhi rha duffer vo Shivaay hi hai par vo kiske saath aaya hai aur yha kya kar rha hai uski toh meeting thi na?
They walked towards Shivika to get a clear view as to see who was with Shivaay.

Here Shivika were still having eye lock. Their eye lock broke as Shivaay's gaze fell on them.

Shivaay: Phel gya raita!!!
Annika: What happened Shivaay anything wrong?
Shivaay: Omru
Annika: Omru where are they? she asked all excited.
Omru: Hum yha hai.

Trio hugged and greeted each other.
Omru settled themselves beside Shivaay.

Om: Tu yha kese Shivaay teri to meeting thi na.
Shivaay: Yes I had come here for meeting itself but my clients are late.
Om: Annika tum yha kaise?

Annika was about to say something but Shivaay interrupted in between.

Shivaay: She is accompanying me we are working on the project together so we came together but our client is late so we were just waiting for them to come.

Annika was giving weird looks to Shivaay as she was unable to understand why Shivaay was lying. She didn't say anything at the moment and decided to clarify things once Omru would leave.

She just nodded in yes as everyone especially Shivaay was waiting for her response.

Shivaay sighed in relief as he saw her nodding in aggrement as he was unsure of her response.

Soon the order was placed. Omru immediately left after finishing their drinks and decided to talk on this matter with Shivaay some other time.

Annika: Shivaay why did you lie?
Shivaay: They would have teased us as usual if I wouldn't have lied.
Annika:  That's true.

They started talking about their family, business and other random topics.

Talking on these random topic out of nowhere Shivaay asked
Shivaay: What qualities do you want in your companion?

Annika was bit startled by this sudden question and it could be deciphered very well by her expression.

Annika: Why do you wanna know?
Shivaay: Just like that.
Annika: Okay
Shivaay: Tell na
Annika: I want him to consider me as a friend before wife. I want him to trust me before loving me. I want him to be there for his family before me. I want him to support me only if I am right. I want him to guide me if I go wrong somewhere.

Shivaay was dumbstruck after listening to Annika. (reason will be revealed later)

Annika: Now it's your turn.

Shivaay was about to speak when Annika's phone started ringing.

Annika: Excuse me!
Shivaay: Yeah sure

After attending the call Annika came back to thier seat.

Annika: Shivaay I am sorry but I  need to leave there is some work in office.
Shivaay: No need to say sorry Annika I can understand.
Annika: Thank you.
Shivaay: Shall I drop you to your office?
Annika: No it's okay I will go.
Shivaay: Okay then bye.
Annika: Bye

Annika and Shivaay left from the cafe to their office and home respectively.
