I look around my room and kind of start to miss my old house down the road, but I also miss home as in West Virginia I miss all my friends I left over the summer. All I can think of though is if Erica misses home as much as I do.
I look at my clock and see it is 3:30 in the morning, I guess Erica is still up listening to music or something like that. So I get up and go to her door and open it just as I suspected she is up with ear buds in and is at her desk writing in a book.
I decide to kind of scare her so I walk over real slow and peak over her shoulder first and see only a glimpse of what she is writing and I see she mentions jc.
But right after I see that I get slapped something I should have suspected knowing Erica could tell when someone was behind her.
I quickly yelp and look at her she looks at me with sorry spelled all over her face she runs over to me and says "Pepper I am so sorry I just I am so sorry I I ..."
I cut her off "I know I should have suspected it is ok, but I came in here to ask if you miss home and your parents and our old friends."
She quickly says "Yes of course I do but not really bad just I miss seeing them every day."
I look at her and say "I know what you mean I was like that at first, I also wanted to come ask you if you like JC I saw you write it in your diary, I was just curious."
She gains a small smile "Yes I do actually." For once I see a actual smile on her.
I look with a smile and say "Well see you tomorrow I am tired but I want to talk more in the morning k"
"ok" she says as I slowly walk out the door and back to my room.
When I get back to my room I lay down on my bed. I grab a pillow and hug it. Then I just break down crying. I guess I was crying really loud, because Erica comes running to my room.
She opens the door and says "Are you ok I heard really loud sobbing."
I say "Yeah you know how I get when I miss someone."
Erica said "Hey maybe we can talk to Tyler in the morning to let us go home for a couple weeks, do you think he would?"
I said "He would let us, but you know he wouldn't want to go with us. Considering what happened between him and our parents."
Erica says "I forgot about that, what exactly happened between them, I never heard the whole story."
I explain "When Tyler told them that he was gay they were not happy, then he when he told them that he was moving to California they were not to fond of that idea. They jui saidst didn't like the thought of him being so far away from home, nor did I but he moved here anyway."
Erica then asks "So that's what happened?"
I say "Yup! Well I'm going to bed again night have fun listening to music and writing in your journal haha!"
Erica says "Night chickie don't have any bad dreams I don't feel like wakeing up to crying. You know how I have to have my sleep, it's already 3:30 in the morning. Night!"
The next morning....
I wake up and look at the clock, and its 11:45. I get up and go past Ericas room, I look in the door and she isn't awake. Of course. I turn around and head downstairs, and I see Tyler is awake and sitting at the island, talking on the phone.
I look over at him and mouth "Who you on the phone with?" He mouths back "Troye Sivan." I mouth back "Oh ok tell him I say hi, and I have a question when you get off the phone." Tyler then says into his phone "Hey Troye my sister just woke, so I'll talk to you later. Bye."
