Peppers POV
We are still in West Virginia, because we decided to stay till the end of the week instead of leave the day after DCI. Which was amazing by the way I think it was the best I had ever seen, and at the end of the Bluecoats, Carter, Christine, and I were all crying. Oh and another thing, GUESS WHAT!! Do you need a hint? Well I will just tell you what it is instead. In about two days it's mine and Connor's one year anniversary surprisingly. You may be asking why I say surprisingly,its because I have never had a boyfriend this long. I have always had horrible luck with guys, don't make fun of me but usually the guy would break up with me like a week or two later. I'm not that bad of a person I promise, but the reason they would even "go out" with me is because of a dare. In school I was the unpopular shy kid that not a lot of people liked.
I was sitting on my bed on my computer when Carter decided it would be funny to bust through the door and scare the living daylights out of me. "BOOOO!!!!!" Carter screamed. "AHHHHH!!!" I screamed and fell on the floor. Good thing the my computer wasn't on my lap. I stood back up standing there with my arms crossed glaring at Carter while she's lying on the floor laughing her butt off.
"Was that really necessary?" I asked.
"Yes. Yes it was." She said. She stood back up and looked at me with a goofy grin on her face. That face won't go away. Now I'm scared of what she's planning inside her head. I sat back down slowly, looking at her with confusion.
"Carter? What are you thinking?" I asked. She walked over to my bed and sat crissed crossed in front of me. "Pepper I'm not stupid. I know your and Connor's 1 year anniversary is coming up." She said like she knows everything. I looked at her in complete shock. "How did you know?" I asked. Next thing I know she starts laughing. I gave her an even more confused look. "I'm kidding. I was standing right behind your door listening to you talk to your self." She said. "You were evesdropping!?!?" I screamed. "I guess that a better way to say it, but your secret safe with me." She smiled with a wink. We both started laughing. When we calm down enough, it was complete silence. Until Carter broke it.
"So me, Christine, Ross, and Connor were discussing Connor's plans for your one year and he asked me, and Christine can help you get ready. That means were going shopping. But since Ross, and Brandon are helping Connor their going to the Huntington mall so we have to go to the Charleston mall. Were leaving at three so get ready" She said and got up and walked to the door and opened it. Before she walked out she said. "Also were getting are nails done so wear open toed shoes. See you later." She said. "Bye!" I screamed at her. When she left, I sat on my bed wondering what Connors' plans was and I'm so excited but nervous at the same time.
I was so out of it that I didn't realize Connor came in. "Hey babe. What's up?" I asked. I kissed his cheek when he sat down beside me and wrapped his arms around my waist.
"Nothing. Carter told you what I'm doing right?" He asked. He layed down pulling me with him, which made me laying on his chest. I love it when he does that.
"Yea she told me that you were doing something but didn't tell me and her and Christine are taking me to the mall." I said. I looked at the clock that said two o' clock! I jumped up and started roaming through the closed trying to find an outfit. "Well I'll let you get ready Christine said that She's getting KFC while you guys are out and having a movie night in the living room. I love you." He said "I love you too" I said back at him, kissing him on the lips and getting in the shower.
*At The Mall*
"So What Store Are we going to next?" Carter Said. We went to Forever 21, Aeropostle, JC Penny, Macy's, Claire's, and probably the whole mall.
"Carter! We been here for four hours! It's now 7! Do you want KFC!?" Christine said. Carter looked like someone jogged her memory like she had memory loss. "YESS!! KFC!!" Me and Christine both laughed and went to KFC. We ordered what everyone wanted and we all put our money together and payed and walked to the car. Brandon texted Christine the they were home and starving.
After 45 minutes of driving home jamming to the radio we finally pulled in. Since we paid for the food we wlked in nd all the boys swarmed around us.
"BACK OFF!!! THE FOOD IS NOT GOING TO BE TOUCHED UNTIL WE BRING ALL OF OUR STUFF IN!!!!" Carter screamed. All the boys shut their mouth and stared at her in shock and fear, but they made a path for us so we can put the food in the kitchen. We sat everything on the table and these boys are staring at it like their vampires staring at humans.
"Now me and my girls are going to get all of our things and put them away." She said to them while pointing like a mother explaining to her child did wrong.
Carter walked up to Ross standing in front of him poking his chest and said "If you touch the food!!!"
Then walked over to Brandon and poked his chest and said "If you eat the food!!!!"
And walked over to Connor and poked his chest and said "If you make any physical contact with the food!!!"
And walked over back to us and stood with her arms crossed over her chest with a serious face and said "I should! I would! I could! No, I WILL!!! put you in pain and kick you outside for the night!!"
Man this girl is really serious about this! After she threatened to kick them out, Christine and I started laughing but quickly covered it up with coughs. All the boys stood there with shock and fear in their eyes.
"Am I clear?" Carter said still with her arms crossed and a killer face. The boys nodded a little and lowered their head. They shouldn't have done that. I know Carter.
"I SAID! AM. I. CLEAR!?!?" She screamed and caused them to jump back in complete horror. "Yes Carter!" They all said in sync. "Good now girls time to unpack. And with that we left to the car.
After a half an hour of getting everything out of the car and out of the bags, we were in my room taking tags and stickers off and putting away clothes. "So will you tell me where Connor is taking me!? I NEED TO KNOW!!!" I screamed. Carter turned and looked at me from the closet then to Christine, back to me, the back to Christine and said "Sorry babe. but me , Ross, and Christine are spies on a top secret mission. That means all information is classified" then went back to what she was doing. "Yup well I got all my stuff done and going to put them away." Christine said as she gathered all her things and left the room. "Same here see you down stairs." Carter said and left the room with her things.
In the end, all of us ate chicken, popcorn, junk food and watching movies. We watched Mean Girls, Pitch Perfect, Divergent, Sleepy Hollow. This was an interesting day.
