Chapter 12-Mother and Child

Narrator POV

Natsu passed out with Lucy and Happy by his side "Natsu" Lucy said "I hope he's alright" Happy added "This is no good" Celestia said as she looked up to the Larina and noticed a crack in the egg "No good at all" She added as the crack was getting bigger

"EVERYONE LISTEN UP WE HAVE TO LEAVE NOW" She yelled then a bright light shine from the dragon egg that blinded them

"What's happening?" Someone asked, and Celestia answered, "It's Larina the seal is breaking we have to leave now before it's she...." Before she finished her sentence, the light got brighter, and everyone was forced out of the cave and into the forest

"What was that?" Lucy said while rubbing her butt. "I don't know, but it seems like someone, or something forced us out" Erza added. Everyone else was growling and soaring "Sure feels like it" Happy crying. "You got that right" Gray added "Hey Flame brain you still out cold," he said as he turned to Happy and Lucy thinking he was with them but wasn't, and everyone else started to noticed they're missing a member

"Wait, Lucy where is Natsu?" Gray asked as Lucy answered "Gray he's right....here....." she gasped "Oh no he didn't get flown somewhere, Did He?" happy freaked "No he's still in the cave" Celestia said, and everyone gasped

Natsu POV

Dark why is it so dark "Natsu" Someone is calling my name but who? "Natsu, please open your eyes" I heard the voice and kept following it "Please wake up" as I following the voice the darkness turned to light, and I saw a girl with orange hair in a blue dress holding a harp

"Oh thank god your awake," She said to me as I noticed something familiar about her. "Hey, I know you your that harp lady from before......... I'm sorry what was your name again" I asked as she giggling answers "It's Lia I'm one of the Spirits summon by my master Larina."

"Larina?!" I looked up at the woman and see that the egg was cracking "Lia the egg is cracking why is that?" Lia looked at me and smiled "Because the reincarnation of her child Summer is causing it to crack which means her child regards his celestial power from the seal she cast."

I looked at her seeing an additional image of my mother. The one that died that day 400 years when the evil dragons attack. She died with my father and me too. But because of my older brother Zeref I came back to life but as E.N.D and was later found by Igneel King of the Fire Dragons. He taught me Fire Dragon Slayer Magic, but then I lost him only to find out that he never left me at all,

"Hey Lia tell me something," I asked as she reposed. "When did your master seal herself inside that dragon egg" She replied, "Well I have to say about the time she lost her family to a dragon ramping the small village she used to live in it's happened during the Dragon King Festival."

I gasped "The Dragon King Festival the War that happened 400 years ago" I was having a flashback at the time when we fought against Acnologia with the other Dragon Slayers. I walked towards the egg, and as I was getting closer, the cracks were getting bigger. I decided to stop "Natsu."

"Sorry I have to go" I ran towards the exit and out into the opening of fresh air I lead under with my hands on my knees catching my breath "It just can't be here," I said in thought as I walked around to look for Lucy and the others

Lia POV

"Oh, Natsu if only you knew" I gasped. I turned my head towards my master, seeing that the cracks have stopped and the egg was glowing. "Oh master What's the point your child isn't going to accept this." The glow was brighter as I heard her voice singing. During the song, Natsu was looking for his friend. They're looking for him, and Lia was hearing her master's cries and heartache.

A prince who filled with Love

Tragic and hate never hold his heart

While friendships never grow apart

Mother and child will seek to tame

Spirits to the stars

Believe in who we are

The son of Light, The child of flames

Seek the dragon in the frame

I felt my tears dropping from my eyes "you right Larina there will be a time when a Mother and Child will reunite, but will it save for him now" The glow stopped, and the cracks from before were developing, and the power resealed
