David's POV:

I sigh and run my hand through my hair. Jill told us we had to leave for tour-again. How the hell am I gonna tell Tina and Jacob when we just got back? As I'm struggling with what to say, Tina and Jacob walk through the door holding groceries.

I walk up to Jacob and take the little amount of bags he had and place them on the counter. "I'll take it from here buddy. Why don't you head upstairs and I'll be up there in a minute." I told him as I played with his hair. He nodded eagerly. "Can we play Spider-Man? I love playing Spider-Man with you!" I smiled and nodded. He wrapped his little arms around my neck.

"I'm so glad you're back Dad." He said as he ran up the steps. My smile faded as I realized what was going down.

"So how was your day off?" Tina asked me as I leaned down to kiss her. "Good..well bad." Her face showed her confusion. "Jill called.." She nods. "So? What did she say?" I sigh. I drag my hand down my face, and speak. "We have to go on tour." Her face went from confused to angry to calm.

"Are you kidding me?! You just got back, your son just got-you know what, I'm gonna call Jill." My eyes widen as she goes to pick up the house phone and dial Jill's cell.

"Hello?" I hear on the other end as I lunge for the phone. "Tina!" I grab it and hang up.

"David tell me something: you want to be here, right?" I nod. "Why do you keep leaving?" I whisper now. "It's a decision I can't help."

"You can't tell her to stop taking you away from your family? David, I miss you. Your son, misses you. When are you gonna be here, and stay here?" I whisper again. "I don't know."

She huffs. "Well you better figure out soon. Go pack." She tells me as she walks out the house. "Tina!" I call after her. She doesn't stop, so I let her go.

Dana POV:

"Dad, watch me! I'm you!" My daughter, Jordyn, spoke to me. She pressed play on my phone, which was hooked up to a speaker. It played Problems by A$AP ROCKY, and she began to do my dance. I laughed, and noticed how well she was dancing.

"Gabby! Come here, Jordyn is killing it! She's a dancer, alright!" My wife Gabby comes onto the back patio, and smiles as she sees our daughter dancing her hardest.

"Great job sweetie! You're gonna be better than Daddy someday if you keep it up!" I laugh. I begin to sit down in a chair when I slip and fall. I skin my arm, and it starts to bleed. "Jordyn, go get Daddy some band aids and peroxide." Jordyn nods, and enters the house.

"Speaking of bands.." I begin. She looks up from my arm at me. "Jill called-" She groans. "What? Another tour?" She jokes. I don't answer. She looks up.

"Wait ar-are you serious? You're leaving, a-again?" She trips on her words. I hold her face in my hands, allowing her to look me in the eyes.

"You know if it were up to me this wouldn't be happening. I can't help things like this. I am so sorry." She grips my hand, tears in her eyes. "When did you find out?" I swallow. "A few minutes ago." She nods. Jordyn then comes back with the first aid kit, and hands it to Gabby. She places it on the table and pulls Jordyn into her lap.

"Sweetie, Daddy and I have something to tell you. Are you ready?" She nods. "Okay. Well, Daddy and grandma Jill just got off the phone, and well; it looks like Daddy and the boys are going on tour again." Gabby stopped there as tears ran down her cheeks. Jordyn hugged her and wiped her tears, then came and hugged me. "Don't cry Mommy, Daddy'll be back soon. We won't be alone. He'll be back before we know it, it'll be like he never left. Don't worry." She pulled us both to a family hug. Gabby and I got on our knees to hug her. "How did you become so perfect?" Gabby asks her. She shrugs. "I have the best parents, so maybe I get it from them."

Will POV:

"Hey son, I heard you've been practicing. Do you think you play something for me?" He nods. "It'll be like a concert. Like you Dad." He smiles up at me, and positions his fingers. "You ready? I don't think it's very good." I bend down so that I'm eye level with him. "Why? I think you're gonna be great. Lemme tell you something." I gesture for him to come close. He cups his ear like he's listening for a secret. "Piano runs in our family. Grandma and Grandpa and uncle Alex all play really well. So there is no doubt in my mind you won't be good. Okay?" He nods and smiles.

"Okay I'm ready now." I nod and give him a thumbs up, as he begins playing Chopsticks.

In the middle of his "concert," my phone rang. I checked the caller id, and saw it was Jill. In a heartbeat I pressed ignore and continued listening to Riley. In the middle of it, Ysabel stood on the stairs and listened. She looked to me and gave a thumbs up. I nodded in agreement.

When he finished, Riley fled to give me a hug. "That was great Riley!" I said as he pulled away. I began to clap and cheer him on, just as Ysabel descended the stairs and joined me. "That was great honey! Absolutely great!" As they continued to talk, my phone buzzed in my pocket. A text from Jill.

'I always thought you were the nice one; why did you hang up on me?'

'Riley was playing piano for me.'

'I'm sorry to hear that..'

'Why?'

'You guys are going on another tour. You have to leave tomorrow.'

I sigh as I put my phone away. "What was that all about?" Ysabel asks, Riley in her arms. "It was Jill." She puts down Riley, and kneels in front of him. "Honey, why don't you go upstairs and we'll be there in a minute." He nods and goes to his room. Ysabel stands up and crosses her arms. "What's going on, Will?" I sigh again, and begin. "Jill wants us back on tour, by tomorrow." She looks down at the floor, before holding my waist. I rub her back, trying to soothe her.

"You're leaving again." I nod. "Yep." "We have to tell Riley. And I don't know how he'll take it. I can barely handle it right now." I feel tears on my shirt, and pull her to see she's crying. "It'll be okay." I say as I wipe her tears. "Everything's gonna be alright, okay? Promise me you'll help Riley if he-you know." She nods. "I love you. I'll miss you." I nod as I kiss her, tears then falling from my eyes. We pull away and head upstairs to tell Riley.
