♦I Found Out The Name Of My Phobia♦

Hello everyone! I hope you are having a wonderful and majestic day! If not, I hope you are now! :3

So a week or so ago, my friend and I were talking about random stuff when all of a sudden she tells me that she has trypophobia. Me being me, I asked her what that was. And let me just say, I regretted it SO MUCH. She told me what it was before showing me a picture.

Never before have I felt so terrified. What trypophobia means is the fear of holes. You guys must be thinking "What? You're afraid of holes? As in holes in the ground?". No, that's not what I'm terrified of. When you google it (DON'T YOU DARE GOOGLE IT UNTIL I EXPLAIN TO YOU WHAT IT IS IN CASE YOU HAVE THE SAME FEAR!) you get results of hands or other things with many holes in it. If you don't quite understand what I mean, just imagine a beehive that's cut open revealing the many holes it has and place all those holes on someone's hand. That's what I'm basically terrified of. If you still don't understand what I mean, just google it. I'm horrible at describing things and don't want to describe it anymore than I have to. Even as I'm typing this, I can't get the image of this out of my head. T^T

I knew for a very long time I was afraid of this, but I never knew the name of it since whenever I explained it to someone, they didn't understand me or told me I was being silly. So I thought it was something very uncommon, but boy was I wrong. When I googled the most common phobias, trypophobia was one of them. I'm just glad to know I'm not alone. T^T
