skipping down the town raods, i made my way to the window elsa told me to meet her at. i bought a whole new bag of cinnamon buns and a cute blue flower i saw at the flower shop. i looked around and saw kids running around tagging each other. i held the flower tighter. although i could be playing, i was waiting for elsa. i was proud of my self. i sat beside the window and sighed. 'its a nice day out. maybe elsa can come play?" i sighed one more time as the sun beat down on my skin. slowly... i fell asleep...

"jack?" i lifted my head and rubbed my eyes. "elsa?" i looked at the window i was sitting by and saw her hand reaching out the window. i sat in front of it as elsa breathed in and smiled. "mmmm... whats that?" i smiled as i held out the bag. "a snack." elsa grabbed a bun from the bag, and chopped on the pastery. "is it good?" elsa nodded and smiled. i grabbed a bun of my own and took a bite. "so, im sorry i had you wait so long... i uh... there was a family accident." flashes of earlier this morning ran past my mind and i frowned. "what kind of accident?"

"oh.. uhm... about that... you know just... nevermind, ill tell you later."

"ELSA!" a women yelled from somewhere in the castle. "oh jack... i got to go... thanks for the snack. why dont you come by later tonight? we can hang out and i can show you aroung the castle." my face lit up. ive never been in a castle before. "sounds great- oh! and here." i held out the blue flower, my face getting warm. elsa smiled at me and i looked away. i didnt want her to see my red face. she took the flower, her cold hand skimming mine only slightly. i shivered and turned around. "bye elsa!" then i ran toward my house, squeezing past crowds.

i twirled the flower inbetween my finger and smiled, taking another bight of my cinnamon bun. i hopped of of the window sill and skipped up the stairs. " there you are elsa!" mary came around the corner, wrinkles by her eyes and creased into her forehead. "come- whered you get those?" she pointed to my food and flower. "i uhm... i found them. we had some in the pantry and i saw the flower out in the garden..." mary frowned. "well alright, but you must hurry to your room before anna gets up." i nodded and ran up the stairs. i put the flower in my hair and was down to my last bite of bun, when annas door opened. she looked at me, hurt in her eyes. i looked at her the same way. i sighed, stuffed the food in my mouth and went into my room. where i flopped on my bed and cried onto my pillow.

i miss my sister so much.
