Callie's prov :
I was starting to get off the bus when I heard someone following me I turned around to see the no other Brandon foster.
“what are you doing here" I asked with confusion
“ I should be asking the same thing to you"
“ I have somewhere to be"
“like where"
I know it sounds weird but I felt like I could tell Brandon
“ my brother"
“what your brother??? where is he and what happens for you two to be split up??? "
“ It's um.... a long story. But you need to leave. You have no idea what you are getting your self into."
“No I refuse to leave. But I am not trying to pressure you or anything but its seems like we have a long walk a head of us. So why not fill in the silence with a long story???"
“it's.....well.....um"
“Its ok, just trust me"
“ One night.... Me and my brother Jude were washing the dishes..... Then my foster father comes busting threw the door drunk. He still had the bottle in his hand. He then sets it down and came after Jude. I quickly ran in front of him and took his beating. I really didn't mind it, considering he would beat me all the time and sometimes Jude, when I wasn't there to protect him. After the beating...... He picked up the beer bottle and slammed it against the counter causing it to break and give it sharp edges. He started to head after me...... He hit me in the head and I blacked out. A few minutes later the police came. He told the police that I went crazy and he was protecting himself. Nobody really cared about my side of the story. That night I told Jude that I would find him. The police then put me in the car and drove off to juvie.
Brandon's prov:
When Callie finished I was in total shock. I couldn't believe it.
“ I sorry "
“Its not your fault. Now don't we have my brother to go get."
I just chuckled and we started walking in a nice peaceful silence.
