Chapter Three: Girlfriend

 "So... do you... um...want to be my girlfriend?" I smiled and kissed him. "Does that answer your question?" He nodded. Oh my gosh, I'm now dating Jared Padalecki! I was so happy. 

(Y/N)'S POV

Around 12 we finally decided to get up. Since I didn't have any clothes I went into Jared's room and went to his closet. I found a black and blue flannel and put it on. I wore the same ripped jeans from yesterday. I walked out right as Jared was about to walk in. He looked me up and down then smiled. "So you stole my shirt?" He said while kissing my forehead. "Yes, it's comfy and I'm going to keep it until it loses your scent then I'll give it back long enough for it to get your scent again." I said then kissing him. He just chuckled. He walked into the bedroom to get dressed and I walked into the kitchen. I looked around for a minute and decided to go out and grab some coffee and breakfast for us. I left a note on the table that said "Hey, I went out to get coffee and breakfast I'll be back soon. -(Y/N/N)" I walked out of the house, called a cab, then made my way to the nearest coffee shop. Once I got there I got in the long line for coffee and food. I felt someone tap my shoulder, I turned around to see a girl who looked to be about 14 or 15. "Are you (Y/N) or (Y/I/N) (Your Instagram name) on Instagram?" I slightly smiled. "Yeah, how do you know me?"  "You were tagged in the photos from Jared's party last night." I smiled and nodded. I turned back around and saw it was almost my turn to order. Once it was my turn I ordered and walked to the side to wait. The girl walked up to me again. "Hey, I have one question. Are you and Jared dating?" My eyes went wide and I felt my cheeks flush red. "Why would you think that?" She pulled out her phone and showed me a photo of me and Jared sitting pretty close by the fire last night. It was after we thought everyone left. "Who posted that?" She glanced at her phone. "Jensen." I was going to get him back for that. "So are you two dating?" She asked, excited to find out the answer. Then my order was called. "I'm sorry, I got to go bye." I said grabbing my order and leaving to get a cab home. Wow, that was a close one. Since Jared and I just got together I didn't know if I wanted to tell a lot of people yet. I thought about this the whole way back to Jared's. I decided to talk to Jared and see what he thinks before making a decision. I got out of the cab, paid and walked into Jared's. "Hey, babe." Jared says when he hears me close the door. I walk over to the couch where he was sitting and kiss his forehead. "Babe?" I smiled as I say this. I loved him calling me babe. It made me feel loved and safe. He smiled and grabbed my waist almost making me spill the coffee. "Yep, you're my babe." He says then kissing me. I smile once we pull away. "Well, we need to get up because I brought coffee and food." We get up and walk into the kitchen. I set the food and Jared's coffee on the counter and take a sip of my coffee. I jump on the counter and sit there watching Jared. "Are you going to eat?" He says after taking out a breakfast sandwich. "Yeah, I just needed some coffee in me first." I grab the other sandwich out of the bag and start eating. Even though I'm sitting on the counter Jared's still taller than me while standing. After we finish eating I check my phone. I noticed I had a ton of notifications since I hadn't checked it all day even though it was almost 2. "Did you know Jensen posted a photo of us sitting by the fire last night while playing truth or dare after we thought everyone left." I showed him the picture Jensen posted with the caption, "Look at them they're so cute <3"  Jared then said, "I'll get him back for this." "Yeah, I got stopped by a girl at the coffee shop this morning because I was tagged in the photos from last nights party." He gave me a confused look. "What did you say?" I looked at the ground, I was embarrassed. "I just asked her questions until our order was ready so I didn't have to answer because I didn't know if you wanted to tell people, if I wanted to tell people, or just what to do n general." I felt him looking at me but I never looked up. He then grabbed my hand. "It's fine that you didn't tell her. I mean we just got together this morning. We don't have to tell if you don't want to. All I care about is being with you." I smiled and looked up at him. He was looking at me with his famous puppy dog eyes. I hugged him. "Thank you. I really don't care if we tell. I'm just happy people with you." He kissed my forehead. "Well how about we post a photo announcing it later but we can tell people at the set when I go to work after we get Jensen back and tonight we can go to dinner." I smiled a huge smile. "That sounds amazing but how are we  going to tell people on set and get Jensen back."  "Oh, I forgot to ask you but do you want to come to set today since you don't have work." We both smiled. "Yeah that's great, I can hang out with the cast while you're filming and I get to spend more time with you so that's good." He smiled and blushed. We just hung out and joked around until 3:30 then we left to go to set. We held hands all the way to set. "How do you think people will react?" I asked nervously. "I think they will love you. You are too amazing not to like." He said then kissed me. I've barely stopped smiling since yesterday, I was so happy. I wanted it to stay like this forever. When we got to the set we got out of the car and walked onto set hand in hand. We had about 20 minutes until Jared had to get ready so we went to his trailer to think about how to get Jensen back. We decided to go easy on him and just pie him in the face. We got everything together and got in our positions, I was filming and Jared was pieing him in the face. We heard Jensen coming so I pressed record and a few seconds later Jensen was covered in wipe cream. "What the fuck was that for?" Jensen said laughing. "That's for last nights picture." I stopped the video and Jared walked over and kissed me. "Thanks for filming babe." Jensen looked confused for a second. "Babe? Are you two actually together?" We both nodded and blushed. "Since when?" Jensen asked as he was wiping whip cream off his face. "Since like this morning." I said. Jensen smiled, "Well you guys are really cute together. That's why I posted the photo. When are you guys going to announce it?"  "Tonight, we're going to dinner and we're going to post a photo to announce it." Jared said while grabbing my hand. "Well I have to go change because of you two so see you later lovebirds." Jensen said then he left. "I have to go get ready to film I'll be back soon. I'll come get you before filming so you can watch and hang out with the cast. You can hang out in my trailer until then." Jared said kissing me then leaving. I walked back into his trailer and sat on the couch. I decided to call Lily and tell her about all that's happened since I had nothing better to do. Lily picked up almost immediately. "Hey (Y/N), what's up?"   "I have a lot to tell you but what about you?"   "Well I just got done with work but what do you have to tell me." I smiled thinking about events that happened last night. "Well, you know how you took my car back to my apartment last night right?"   "Yeah."  "Well I ended up staying at Jared's and we fell asleep watching a movie last night and woke up cuddling and when I was acting like I was sleep he called me cute and said he liked me and so the gist of it is that we're now dating and going on an official date tonight and are announcing it with a photo tonight." Lily screams over the phone. "Oh my god (Y/N)! You're dating Jared Padalecki!" I chuckled. "Yeah well I'm chilling in his trailer on set now waiting for him to finish getting ready but I'll talk to you later and send you tons of videos of the filming and cute pictures of me and Jared so you can fangirl." She screams again. "You get to go on set and yes I want lots of videos and pictures.Bye" I hang up and sit playing on my phone for a few minutes until Jared comes into the trailer in his Sam outfit. "Look nice." I say looking at his outfit. "Thanks. I came to get you so you can watch us film and hang out with the cast." I smiled and got up. I grabbed his hand and we walked out the door and made our way to where they were filming. As we got closer I saw Rob, Richard, Misha, and Jensen. As soon as Jensen sees us he yells, "Oh there's the lovebirds." Everyone else looks at him confused. "How long have you been dating?" Misha says. "Since this morning." I say still holding onto Jared's hand. Misha smiles a devilish grin and runs towards me, picks me up, and runs away. "I stole Jared's girlfriend!" He yells as Jared chases after us. I'm laughing a lot right now. Jared catches up after a few minutes and takes me from Misha and carries me with back to everyone else with one hand and drags Misha with the other. Jared sets me down next to Jensen. "Don't you ever take my fucking girlfriend again." Jared says jokingly to Misha. It was funny but also sweet seeing him be protective. "JENSEN! JARED! I NEED YOU ON SET NOW!" A director calls. Jared kisses me and walks away. I hung out with the rest of the cast the rest of the day. At one point Richard got ahold of my phone and hacked my snapchat and Instagram. Richard, Rob, and Misha took a lot of photos and videos on my phone. They kept taking pictures of me and Jared holding hands or kissing in between takes or during breaks. I sent most of them to Lily like I said and she fangirled over it. I changed my lock screen to Jared and I that they had taken today and my background to a goofy photo Jared took on my phone. Time went fast on the set. They finished filming around 11 pm. "Sorry, we couldn't go on our date tonight. I didn't expect filming to take that long today." Jared said, he looked like he felt bad. "Don't be, it's not your fault. Plus I had fun with the cast today. Also, who says we can't." He slightly smiled. "But no 'date' restaurant is open" I chuckled. "You've known me long enough you should know I don't like fancy places. We can just go to some diner and just have fun." He smiled. "Okay" We got in the car and started to drive to the diner.
