I don't remember coming home.
After the concert, we all decided to go get drinks, and I may have overdid it a bit. I was just frustrated about the whole Harry and Lana thing. I needed a distraction.
My head was pounding.
I rolled over in my bed and hit someone.
My eyes shot open and I saw who it was.
Harry.
He must've stayed over with me last night. I moved closer to him and laid my head on his chest. I heard his heart beat. I trailed my finger up his bare chest. I started to trace his butterfly tattoo when I saw him move.
"How are you feeling?" he mumbled.
"Like hell. Whose bright idea was it to go to get drinks anyways?" I groaned.
"It was yours." Harry laughed.
"Remind me never to do that again." I told him and he laughed at me again.
His arms wrapped around my waist pulling me closer to him. I felt one of his hands go to my hair as he ran his fingers through it. I felt content. I wished that I could wake up like this every morning. Maybe I could after this whole Lana thing was over.
"What do you have planned today?" Harry asked me.
"I'm going to find something to wear for the Young Hollywood party." I answered.
"Can I join you?"
I looked up at him, "We can't be seen together remember?"
"I know." He mumbled. I was really starting to get annoyed with this whole situation. After all this time, Harry and I were ready to start over. We had both been through enough heartbreak, but yet there was something in our way.
I got up out of bed and went to the bathroom. I needed to get up and start my day. I turned the shower on and stripped out of my pajamas. The warm water woke me up and relaxed my muscles. I didn't even realize I was this tense.
Part of me hoped that Harry had left.
The other part of me hoped that he was still there laying on my bed.
After I brushed my teeth and changed into dark skinny jeans and a plain white v neck, I walked out of my bathroom and into my bedroom.
To my surprise, Harry was still there.
He had made the bed while I was showering and he was sitting on the edge without a shirt.
It was very distracting.
"I thought you would've left." I said to him as I grabbed my hairbrush and ran it along my hair.
"I know how frustrated you are, (Y/n)," Harry said as he looked down at his hands, "I am too. I just- I have to do this. I have to fake that I am dating Lana. I don't have another choice."
"Yes, you do, Harry. You could stand up to your management and tell them that you don't want to do this! Tell them that this is ruining your one chance of being in a relationship with someone that you have cared about for years." I tried to reason with him. I knew that I sounded selfish, but I didn't care. I have been waiting for four years for this to happen and I didn't want some random chick to come between us.
"It's not that easy." Harry told me.
I went to stand in front of him, "Are we not worth it?"
Harry looked up at me, "We are worth it."
I placed one of my hands on his shoulder and the other cupped his cheek, "I'm ready and I want to be with you. I know I sound selfish, but we have been waiting for years to be together again."
He placed his hands on my waist and I sat on his lap, "I will talk to someone about this today. I don't want this to ruin us."
I kissed his temple softly, "Thank you."
"I'm sorry about all of this." He apologized.
"I understand. It's to help promote her movie which I'm sure is going to suck." I muttered.
Harry laughed at me, "Not that. If I wouldn't have done what I did four years ago, then things would've been different between us."
"Have you ever though about what would've happened if we never broke up?" I questioned.
Harry looked down before he answered, "Yeah, I have a lot actually."
"And?" I pressed on.
"I would've proposed by now. You would've said yes of course," He chuckled before continuing, "We would've gotten married and had maybe two kids by now. We would be in London or maybe even have a house in Holmes Chapel."
I rested my forehead against his, "That sounds perfect."
"It can still happen." He tightened his grip on me.
"Yeah, it can." I smiled. Harry placed a finger under my chin and lifted it slightly. His lips grazed mine lightly and I felt butterflies in my stomach. His mouth was on mine and I gripped his hair causing him to moan.
I felt his tongue graze my bottom lip and I granted him access. I shifted over so I was straddling him and his hands went on my back.
"I love-" he started to say, but was interrupted by knocking on my door. Was he about to tell me that he loved me?
I got off of him and sat next to him, "Come in."
It was Torrance obviously.
"Sorry to interrupt, but are you ready?" I had forgotten that I asked her to come and look for dresses with me.
I looked over at Harry and then back at her, "Yeah, give me a second."
She nodded and then left the room. I went over to my closet and grabbed my all white Converse and put them on.
"Can I see you later?" Harry asked me as he slipped his shirt on.
I grabbed my hair spray and spritzed it on my wavy hair, "Yeah. I can go by your hotel tonight."
"I was hoping to come here. The guys will interrupt us if you come. They love you." He smiled.
"I'm glad they do. I'll just text you when I get home then." I told him.
I grabbed my purse and sunglasses and we left my room. Torrance was in the kitchen drinking coffee. I walked Harry to the front door and he turned to me, "I'll see you later."
I nodded, "See you later." Harry kissed my lips chastely before he opened the door and left.
I looked over at Torrance. Her eyes were wide and I put my hand up to stop her, "Don't even ask."
