Bum Bum

WARNING: This one shot's gonna be hella corny and full of fluff, don't say I didn't warn you.

"Bum Bum?! Is that my Bum Bum?"

Despite being extremely tired from all the training he had that night for Pedro Penduko, James couldn't help but smile at the sound of his girlfriend using her new-found favourite term of endearment for him. It was one of Nadine's many talents, putting a smile on his face, with hardly any effort needed.

In the corner of his eyes, he could see Alex rolling his eyes at the fact that, he'd be third wheeling, once again. I mean, his fault for inviting them over..

"BUM BUM!"

This greeting was followed by a little body, who's scent he could recognise anywhere, crashing straight into his open arms.

Alex probably thought that it was a bit of an exaggeration but could you blame them? James starts missing Nadine the second he's without her and for sure, it's likewise.

"I missed you, love! Kumain ka na ba? Are you tired? Are you sore? You want to eat? Have you taken your vitamins?" Nadine babbled over her boyfriend, a habit he's gotten used to as Nadine was always known to be the maalaga one while his language of love was more of affection.

"I'm okay, love. Your Bum Bum is safe and sound, he was as soon as he saw you." James teased, his corny side showing, the side which was mostly reserved for those exceptionally close to him, Nadine especially.

Alex rolls his eyes for the second time that night and decides to switch his focus to the facebook live that he was about to start, leaving the couple to themselves to continue their lambingan and landian.

"Bum Bum! Love! You're home! I missed you!" Nadine exclaims at the sight of her boyfriend, the very moment he steps into the house. James who had been at Showtime today, lit up at the sight of his girlfriend. His co-hosts were amazing company, people you could easily warm up to but nothing beats the company of his girlfriend.

"Hey love, did you watch me today? Did you watch me and Vice talk about how I start missing you the moment we're apart?" He teases, watching his girlfriend blush and try fight off the kilig smile making it's way onto her face but failing miserably. She nods and folds herself into his arms. He's got the world's cutest girlfriend ever, he thought.

"I watched, alright? But it just made me miss you a whole lot more," she mumbles, nuzzling her nose in the crook of his neck. They sit in silence for a few moments, basking in each other's presence, James playing with her hair.

"What I said is all true, love. I missed you the moment I crawled out of bed this morning, while you were sleeping peacefully, like the angel you are." He tells her. All she does is press her body further into him, in kilig.

"Likewise, Bum Bum. I missed you as soon as I woke up."

Andrei and Lauren, walk into the living room, glancing at the couple, already used to their clingyness. Everyone in the squad was used to it.

"Besides, Andrei and Lauren were horrible company!" Nadine jokes, fully aware that their friends were eavesdropping.

"HEY! WE HEARD THAT!" The two shout out in chorus causing James to laugh to himself, used to this kind of banter.
