"Doctor Kim, a 5 year-old is coming to surgery. This is an extreme case, can I trust you to handle this?" A panicking nurse asked, pushing a little girl into the surgery room.

"Nurse Choi, leave it to me. I'll save her."

The nurse showed him a hopeful smile, thus her eyes couldn't stop letting tears freely fall on the hospital's white gown.

"Nurse Choi, your daughter just arrived. Can she come in?" A young nurse popped her head through a strong, birch door.

"Of course, let her in." Nurse Choi brightly chimed, even though in her late 50's, the woman was a stunner.

The office of Head Nurse Choi Chanmi was not a regular dry, crusty, white wall room. Since working at the hospital 24/7, she practically lived there, and so the office was not an office no more. The walls have been painted a light blue, a black couch sat near to the left of her very neat table. One thing Chanmi wasn't proud however, was that the office practically looked like her whole house placed into one singular room. When it was time for serious conversations, she has never let anyone in, always dragging patients in the main lobby office, which was a complete 180 from her own working-living space. Alas, the nurse was proud of it, who wouldn't be? She had a mini fridge, an electrical stove, a little storage full of books and other shenanigans. But the most joy she feels is when her family comes to visit, obviously other shenanigans means tea and cookies. Well, speak of the devil, here one roaring beast comes now.

"Mom!" She shouted, running to her mom with open arms and a smile that matched.

"Jesus, Nami! Don't appear out of thin air like that. Send me a warning before I get a heart attack, alright?" Even though nurse Choi wanted to appear strict and all high and mighty, the sight of her youngest daughter broke through all the walls, rather they be light blue or a crusty white.

"I wanted to surprise you! I took the last exam today, honestly I messed up but atleast you'll be there to support me financially, right?" Her daughter smirked, taking a seat on the black, velvet couch.

The nurse poked Nami on the forehead, followed by a click of the tongue. "Sure, sure, I know you've done well. Your baggy undereyes tell everything, you know!
