"Good morning." Liam's husky morning voice sent me shivers down my spine. God, that's sexy.

"How'd.. When.. What?" I tried to make sense out of the three words that escaped my mouth.

Liam chuckled. "Well, missy. You feel asleep on me. I didn't want to wake you, you looked like you were having a wonderful sleep."

"Yes, in fact I did. In my defense, I thought you were a pillow." I raised my hand up, as if surrendering. He laughed and rubbed his eyes. I stretched my arms out while making weird noises, mentally slapping myself. I must have sounded like a dying whale or something.

I rushed to the kitchen, surprised to find Hayley cooking some pancakes. She glanced at me and a mischevous smile spread across her face.

"Somebody was all snuggled up at the couch last night." A blush crept up to my cheeks. Damn it. I was supposed to hate it.

Oh c'mon, Madds. We both know you loved it to death.

"It was an accident. I thought he was a pillow." I said innocently.

"Pillow, schmillow." she giggled while flipping the pancakes. It was weird, seeing Hayley out-of-this-world happy. Oh my Go—

"Oh my God, you soooo got it from that guy last night!" I teased her, while her face suddenly became red. "So how was it?" I wiggled my eyebrows at her, causing Hayley's mouth to form an 'o' and her face turned into crimson.

"Maddison Paige!" We both laughed and started digging in.

A week after that embarrassing day, Miss G showed me my new office; which was one floor below hers. Although a bit small, the crème brûlée-colored walls was completely relaxing from the stress and pressure of my job.

I've been spending the last four nights doodling and sketching designs in front of my drawing table. I sipped at my coffee while staring at a blank paper. I've been trying to come up with the perfect clothing. So far, I've come up with crumpled papers around the room.

I crawled into bed, while glancing at the glowing numbers on my nightstand. It was already 1 in the morning. I tried to sleep, but the caffeine kicked in earlier than I expected. Dammit.

My eyes were already closing when someone knocked at my door. I didn't bother to take a glance at my door at shouted for him to come in.

"Hello?"

"Hey Madds." Liam's voice boomed in my speaker. "I know it's late, but someone called me saying Nate's half-past drunk at some bar, and he's gotten into a fight. I'm going to pick you up so we can go together, alright? I'll be there in 5."

I yawned. "Sure, sure. I'll wait for you downstairs."
