Shukra was sitting below the tree meditating. He remembered everything, everything that happened that day, he had waited for thousands of years for his revenge. Each one was responsible for his father's misery. The three curses, the three unforgivable curses had ruined his father and his family.
That is why he had plotted for revenge each time. But he had a special hate/love relationship with Vishnu.
He was the only one who treated him with respect but, it was his wife, whose curse had affected them the most. His family ruined, all for him and his wife.
The Tridev were responsible for him being like that, they were responsible for him being the Asura Guru, he hated them, a Guru should be peaceful, but he had hated them.
He had gained all this power to get back at them, only brother could defeat brother, only the sons could exceed their father's sins.
Fighting each other, this was his revenge.
Shiva had a special place in his heart, he wanted to kill him with his own hands.
'Pfft, the Lord of Destruction....', he thought.
'I'll destroy you Shiva, I'll destroy Brahma, I'll destroy Vishnu!!!! I SHALL DESTROY ALL OF YOU!!!!'
Jai was his pawn, just like before, even he didn't know that. He was foolish, easily manipulated, like a kid.
He smiled. The evil he was going to bring, the war which was going to be fought, never before.
Everything will be destroyed.
EVERYTHING.*
"Guruji?", asked a confused Jai.
He had been staring into the sky for about an hour now. He had to see what he had brought for him.
"Guruji??", said he starting to get angry.
"Guru Shukrācharya?"
No reaction.
'What to do?'
"OM NAMAH SHIVAIY!" shouted Jai.
Immediately, the bare chested Guru stood up, his eyes red with anger.
"WHO DARES SALUTE THAT IMBECILE?"
"You? Jai, why? What is wrong with you? Don't you know, how this affects me?"
"Sorry, Guruji, but you weren't listening...I..."
"YOU WHAT? DID YOU GET THE BRAHMĀNDA ASTRA? DID YOU KILL THE TRIMURTI? DID YOU..."
"Yes, O, Revered one...."
"Yes? You defeated THE TRIMURTI???"
"No, I got the stone."
"The stone, you're telling me you got the Brahmānda astra?"
"Yes sir."
"I don't believe you, show me."
"I will, even I didn't believe first, it was just lying there....."
"Yeah, yeah, less talk more work."
Jai removed the pouch from his waist, bent down on one knee, bowed down his head, raised his heads above his shoulders with the pouch in his hands and said, "Here, my Lord."
"I'm not a Lord, I'm a Guru and why are you acting like we're showing Simba to the Jungle populace? Just give it to me, normally, why does everything have to be so dramatic for you?"
"Sorry, sir."
He stood up. Opened his pouch, and picked out a plastic bag with a stone in it.
Jai went blank.
"You've got to be kidding me, we did all this for this? I swear it was glowing when I got it...I swear... but I don't know what happened to it....A stone? Come on! Give me a break!"
"Will you shut up? Stupid fanny pack owner. Give that to me."
"Sorry, sir, here..."
He handed out the stone to him.
He grasped the plastic bag, picked it up.
'Why is he so dumb now? All the other times he was so smart. Maybe, when he remembers everything.'
"This, this is it Jai."
"This stone? This is it? This grey pebble?"
"You didn't notice something...it still has Shri Brahma inscribed into it, it may not be glowing, but this is the real deal."
"It is? Awesome!"
"Get the boy."
"Okay. Sir."
