200 years later Kol proposed to me. Twas the night of our marriage that the fates decided that I completed my mission and sent me back.

I was on my way to Mystic Falls. Bonnie and I had performed the spell outside of Mystic Falls. On my way there, I was looking at the blue engagement ring. What if he doesn't love me anymore? I guess I will find out soon enough.

When I reached the Salvatore house, I saw many cars outside. I went inside, and what I saw shocked me. Everyone, including the mikaelsons, were in the same room without fighting. They all looked at me, but I wasn't looking at them. I was looking at my husband, my love, my life...Kol. He looked at me. Then we were kissing. He poured all of the love and longing he has had in the past years in that kiss.

Someone cleared their throat in the background. Stephen.

"Someone want to explain?"

"Basically, I went into the past, became friends with the mikaelsons, started to date Kol, Henry died, we became vampires, lived together for 200 years, Kol and I got engaged, then married, and then I got sent back to this time."

"So that's why you disappeared," Kol stated in realization.

"Yes. I'm so sorry Kol. I wouldn't have gone if I had a choice."

"Wait. Hold on. We?" Stephen asked.

"I became a vampire as well. Not a normal one, but an original."

It was this moment that Damon decided to make an entrance. All of a sudden, he stopped. Then started crying.

"Damon? Why are you crying?"

"Your back."

"Yes. I am," I said as I walked up to him and hugged him.

"What is that on your finger?" he asked pointing at my wedding ring. I sheepishly walked back to Kol and hid my face in his neck. "Elena?"

"Kol and I are married," I told Damon. He took a deep breath.

"As long as you are happy, I'm happy," he told me.

That night we all celebrated. 500 years later, Stephen found and married a girl. 300 years after that Damon found a girl and married her. Elijah married Katherine, who was not as bad as she seemed. She was under the influence of fright. She's a really nice person. Nik ended up marrying Caroline. Bonnie married Jeremy andhad 2 little girls named Lilina and Shayla. It was perfect. But it's not the end.
