First day of school and as usual Nazani arrived 10 minutes earlier than everyone else so she could get her things ready for her classes and get the best seats and that has been her excuse since the day she found out her parents have been having problems for a long time. She went by her normal routine that has kept her going for 4 years and she wasn't one to change things.
She went to her locker to get her things ready for her classes and that's when she heard it.
The sobs that altered her life.
In the bathroom, she saw Angela, the most popular girl in school and unlike her name, she was no angel. Nazani had witnessed Angela's bullying throughout last semester and she hated it, she hated her, and wanted so badly to leave her there to cry her eyes out , but for whatever reason she couldn't.
So tell me how you can hate someone so passionately and still help them?
So with all the warnings her body was giving her, Nazani still went to comfort Angela and from that moment on, everything changed, but for the better.
