Chapter 5

--Sky's POV (see I told you)

      I woke up in the morning to the sunlight shining on my face. I got up and looked up at the clock on my wall. It was only 8:30 in the morning. I got my usual suit on, and headed to the kitchen. (Let's just say he's 16) I grabbed myself some breakfast, and remember I had to meet up with my friends Crystal and Jacob. 

      I rushed out the door to see them waiting for me in the middle of the village. "There you are!" Crystal said as I came into view. I ran over to them, "Hey guys, sorry I didn't realize what time it was," I said as I arrived by them. "That's alright," Crystal said. "Do you want to go to that library to reasearch for that project?" she asked Jacob and I. Jacob nodded. "Sure, why not." he said.

      We were walking over to the library, and I was walking behind Crystal and Jacob. Crystal was wearing a plain grey hoodie and some jeans. Her dark brown hair flying in the wind. Jacob's hair, not so much. He has shorter black hair, and he was wearing a white T-shirt with a black Jacket over it, and his pants were blue. 

      When we arrived at the library, Crystal and Jacob went to look for stuff for our project, while I was just browsing. I walked back over to Crystal and Jacob, and they had checked out a book about redstone, which is what our project is on. 

      It was getting a little dark outside when we went back to the center of the village after working on our project. We sat and watched the sun set, and I admired Crystal's blue eyes. When the sun had fully set, we got up and were about to head back to our homes. Then there was a strange extra hard burst of wind that knocked us all over. I got up, and helped Crystal up, when Jacob's eyes widened at something behind me. I turned around to see the one and only Herobrine.

      Crystal looked up and gasped. "What are you doing here!?" I demanded. Jacob looked at me with wide eyes. "Are you sure you should talk to hime like that?" he whispered to me, I shrugged. "Well hello Sky," he said looking straight at me. "I'll tell you why I am here, but first I need to do something," he stated. I had a confused look on my face, as did Crystal and Jacob. Herobrine disappeared, and I turned to look at Crystal and Jacob. I shrugged when I looked at them. Crystal's eyes widened, and a tear came down her face. "I-I'm so sorry..." she trailed off, leaving Jacob and I very confused. Then she fell over, and there was a sword in her back. "NO!" Jacob screamed and knelt down by her, tears coming down his face. Crystal looked up at him and muttered, "I... I love you  Jacob," she said, then her eyes seemed to glaze over, she was dead.

      I knelt down beside her and Jacob. Jacob knelt over her, his tears falling onto her body. He then staggered over and whispered, "I'm sorry Sky, but at least I'll be with her," he said weakly. Then he fell over onto the ground, he also had a sword in his back. "No..." I muttered. "NO!!" I got up off of the ground and looked down at them. Tears streaked down my face. "Well, now I can tell you why I am here," a voice said behind me. I whirled around to see Herobrine standing there. "WHY DID YOU HAVE TO KILL THEM!?"  I screamed, tears still plastering my face. "I Only came to give back your memories," he said, "But they could not stand in the way of this, like mortals like them would do," he said. "W-what do you mean mortals like them? I am one too," I said nervously to him, hoping he wouldn't kill me. He just laughed at that remark. "No Sky, you are not a silly mortal. You are my son," he said. My eyes windened and my jaw dropped, but a wave of memories came back to me.

      Flashback

      I heard the sound of a knock at my bedroom door, and I opened it to see a zombie pigman. "The master wishes to see you," it said. I nodded and followed him out. I follows the pigman through a Nether fortress. Yes, you heard me right, I live in the Nether. My dad is the one and only Herobrine. I walked into the throne room, to see my dad sitting there. "Ah here you are," he said when I walked in. "I have made a decision, I think you should have a chance to survive in the over-world," he told me. I nodded excitedly. "Alright, you can go, but at a cost," he said. My excitement soon dropped. "And what would that cost be?" I asked him. "You must give up your memories of living here, in the Nether," he said.

      I thought about it, but nodded. "Yeah okay," I said. He gave a slight nod. "I will return to you to give you your memories back in a few years," he said. He handed me an amulet, "This will makeit so the mobs on the overworld treat you like a normal mortal," he then pointed to the portal. "There will be a house for you to live in, but as soon as you step through that portal, you wont remember living in the Nether," He finished. I nodded and walked through the portal.

      End of Flashback

      My eyes opened immediately, to see Herobrone standing in front of me. "You remember now?" He asked. I nodded, "Yeah dad, I do," I said. "But can I stay in the overworld a while longer?" I asked. He nodded in reply, tossing me a pair of sunglasses. "These will hide your eyes," he said. I nodded and stood up. "Did you have to kill my friends?" I asked him. He shrugged, "They were going to die tomorrow anyways," he said. I nodded sadly. "Okay then, I'll visit you sometime," I said. He nodded and disappeared. I has just lost my only friends in this village, and I knew I wouldn't be able to make anymore here. I walked back to my house, packed up my stuff, and left that village, most likely forever.

      I walked through the woods with all of my stuff, when I heard a scream come from somewhere to my right. I ran over a soon as I could, and saw a brown haired girl being cornered by a zombie. I ran over to it, and stuck my butter sword into it. It fell to the ground dead. The girl looked up at me, "T-thank you," she said weakly. "No problem, my name is Sky," I said. She looked up at me, greatfulness showing in her brown eyes. "M-my name is Ruby,"
