*Jack's pov*
Taneeka, Christina, Corbyn and I strip down to our underwear and we stand on the edge of the Hermosa beach pier. Taneeka's hand is latched onto mine and her eyes shine with excitement. She looks at me with a familiar sparkle in her eyes and she gives me a dazzling grin. Christina and Corbyn stand a few meters beside us and Taneeka looks down.
"You ready to do this?" She squeezes my hand
"If I'm with you then yes" I smile
She looks out one last time and looks at me.
"3....2....1" her screams fill the air as we drop.
We hit the black water and I pull her to the surface. Christina and Corbyn jump and they scream. Taneeka holds onto me as we swim back to the shore and we walk to our clothes. Christina and Corbyn were laughing and talking.
"That was the craziest thing I have ever done" Taneeka looks at me
"Same" I laugh
We all pull on our clothes and I pull Taneeka in for a hug as the wind blows. She shivers and her cold lips press against my neck. It felt weird but right at the same time and she stayed there for a few seconds.
"Sorry my lips were blue" she giggles
"It's fine princess" I laugh
We all get a Uber to the house and we walk in laughing. Corbyn and Christina plop on the couch and Taneeka walks into the kitchen.
"Where are they gonna sleep?" I sit on the counter and watch her grab drinks
"In my room...if I can sleep in yours" She looks at me with that perfect smile
"Of course" I smile and jump down grabbing two glasses for her
"Thanks" she kisses my cheek and we walk out
I hand Christina and Corbyn their glasses an I pull Taneeka onto the seat. We put on a movie and we watch it until we start to fall asleep.
"Bed time" I laugh
Corbyn carries Christina to Taneeka's room and he falls asleep instantly. I walk out and Taneeka was asleep on the couch. I roll my eyes and pick her up. I carry her to my room and pull off her shirt. I grab one of mine and pull in over her head. I grab a pair of shorts from her room and pull them on her. She wraps her arms around my neck and I climb in beside her pulling my shirt off. I slip off my shorts so I'm in just boxers and pull her closer.
"I love you Jack. More than you could ever imagine" Taneeka says groggily
She pushes herself into my body and it was like my neck was made for the shake of her head. She rest it in the crook of my neck and falls asleep.
"I love you more than you think" I kiss her forehead and wrap my arms around her.
I drift to sleep thinking of her and how much I love her.
