We're kind of back together.
Even though we love each other.
The love never stopped.
At least for me, it barely dropped.
You're kind of my girlfriend.
Even though we say we're friends.
You want to wait for it to be official.
If it's going to be long, I'll be mental.
You're kind of mine.
I can't wait for the time.
When you can say I'm yours.
But handling the thoughts are a chore.
I kind of think your mind will change.
My heart says the thoughts are deranged.
But my brain tells me of the possibilities.
Hope you give my heart the ability.
To tell my brain that it was wrong.
Hopefully it won't be long.
We're kind of girlfriends.
But hopefully your love didn't bend.
