"Come here man you know i ain't mean it like that." I grabbed Loca's arm so we could be face to face.

"I feel like your going to forget about these last couple of days, and want your ex again and forget about me!! She cried into my arms.

I was so tired of her over dramatic ass. Who told her we're a thing anyways?.

"Look I got something special planned for us tonight. So im gone need for you to dry the tears up and go out and get yourself together." I told her

She Lit up at my words and her tears instantly faded away. I pushed her towards the door so she could go find a outfit and prepare herself.

"Wait...waitt.." she held her hand up to my chest stopping my movement.
"I need some money." She stuck her open palm out in the air.

"You real fucking needy." I mugged her, while reaching into my pocket and slapping three folded bills into her hand.

"300$?" She questioned. "What am I supposed to get with three hundred dollars?."

"You better fucking make it work." I gritted through my teeth getting annoyed at her ungrateful ass.

"Fine." She reached up and tried pecking my lips, before I turned my head slightly making her kiss my jaw instead.

She rolled her eyes and opened the door. I spoke before she made it fully out.
"Oh and by the way I never forget." I told her.

She nodded. " I hope you won't." And left out the front door.

"What did you do...!!!" I yelled into the phone.

"Okay—and if I wanted him fucking knowing I would have said something!." I shouted.

"Noo..nooo —im not mad at you I understand you were under the influence."

I hung up the phone ending my conversation with Des.

I was beyond annoyed. Not at the fact that he knew, because I really didn't care after the way he played me. Its just August thinks in some crazy sort of way he has a reason to be mad.

"Hey you wanna come to practice with me today?" Eric walked into the living room, and stood behind the couch I was sitting on.

"Time?" I asked trying to hide my annoyance.

"What's wrong?" He asked reading my facial expression. I hated how my face always easily read how I felt no matter how I tried to cover it.

"Don't wanna talk about it." I brushed him off.

"Well we will later." He replied before heading for the door. "Practice is at 3." He said as he left out for work.

Usually after eric leaves work he goes to practice. He's in college working on his degree in Physical Therapy for athletes and meanwhile he plays basket ball at UIC.

Don't ask me why he's still dealing with the streets, I guess it was just in him.

I sat on the couch bored thinking about what I should do today since I would be home alone.

I decided I would treat myself today. My nails and eye lashes were a must. I took a quick shower and straightened my hair.

I grabbed my car keys and my scarf and walked outside into the cold air.

I walked into the salon and greeted everyone inside. It was so family-like and friendly everytime I came. I sat at Chi-Chi's station and waited for her to come from the back.
