" Hey, are you Xoina, the Communication and Media tutor?" asked a strange tall honey honey-brown young man with honey-brown eyes.

" Yes, and I am just guessing here, but are you the Footballer on the Iliad Scholarship who should have been here thirty minutes ago? The guy who obviously has no respect for people or their time?" she questioned seated behind her smart girl glasses with her sarcastic smile.

"Woooh, easy there tigress, I tried to call but your cell rang without an answer." he frowned.

" She looks so beautiful when she is angry," he thought to himself while taking a seat at the table

" Not sure why you need a tutor, you seem like you have not decided if you are willing to put in the work. I am a senior so just let me know if you and I need to scrap this - period. I really don't have time to waste!" she breathed flawlessly while folding her arms.

" I am really sorry. Honestly. If you don't help me no one will. I have to pass this course so that I can apply for an internship program that my parents would crucify me if I don't get accepted." he pouted trying to convince her.

"Well, you too late!", she got up and was about to leave.

" Come on I had to meet with the lecture English course to confirm the topic for the term paper, "he explained. I honestly never meant to waste your time but while I was heading to you some dude was riding a skateboard and wasn't looking where he was good and before you know it we collided. I felt responsible so I took him to the campus nurse and you and I both know how far that was," he exhaled breathlessly having had to run her down to stop her from leaving the library.

"Well, you can stick it where the sun won't shine because I don't have time for pumpkin brain dudes like you,  who think because you're so cute, you can take advantage of any girl you want but you best believe...." she fumed ready to get into the next gear.

"It's so great that you think I am cute ..." he smiled stepping closer and closer to her looking deep into her dark brown hazel-looking eyes.

" Ahhhhhhhhhh!" Move out my way yuh ear sir! Move!"

" No, not until you calm down and sit so we can at least agree on a time for the next tutoring session!" he shouted trying to match her voice.

"Shhhhhhhhhhhhhh! We are trying to study over here, you people can't go outside with your little love squabble ...." scowled the student volunteer librarian.

" You listen here Mr Time-waster, if you really wanted an education you wouldn't have failed the course the first time around." she threatened " What makes you think I will help you now? Haven't you heard of  first impression last? Has no one ever told you that the first impression lasts?" she lectured

Jubala was so mesmerized by how beautiful she looked while upset. He tried to hide his intrigue but failed when he allowed a broad grin to erupt over his face.

" Wow! Wow! You seriously find this funny!" She spun on her heels and after giving him a look that could kill.

The next time he ever saw her again was one term later during the summer break while on a family trip to Dunns River Falls.

When he saw her he could not believe it was the same girl he saw in the library. She was so stunning in her deep blue jeans and floral patterned bikini top. But that was not the most beautiful thing about her, no.  It was her smile. He just had to go talk to her. He didn't know what he was going to say but he was not going to let this opportunity escape.

"Hello there!", he slurred while removing the sunglasses from his face.

He caught her in the middle of the most infectious laugh he had ever seen. She was sitting around a table with a few males and females.
