Half Demon meets Nine Tailed Fox(Inuyasha/Naruto fanfic)

Uh-Oh

It had been a few weeks since Inuyasha came to Konoha. The Uzumaki siblings had nearly murdered the Council for what they tried to do to Haru and Inuyasha. After hearing what Inuyasha did for Haru, Kurama began to like the half demon boy, everyone did. And Inuyasha had been staying with Haru in the meantime. Finally Aris and the Sand Siblings had to return to Suna, but Tsunade had a surprise in mind. Inuyasha stood in the Hokages office jaw slacked. Haru stood in shock with the others.
"You want me and Inuyasha to go with Team 7, to escort Aris and the Sand Siblings back to Suna?" Haru asked. Tsunade nodded. Inuyasha narrowed his eyes.
"Oh yeah? What's the catch?" He asked. Tsunade chuckled.
"There's no catch. I'm just worried Danzo might try something." she said. Haru ran her hand through her hair sighing.
"We don't have a choice do we?" she asked. Suddenly a small voice came outta no where.
"Probably not." It said. Everyone looked around while Inuyasha sighed. Haru then felt a small sting on her left cheek. She slapped her cheek and a flee fell on her hand flattened, then it became unflattened. It had a mustache and a small vest.
"Huh? A flee?" Haru said. The flea looked at Inuyasha.
"Lord Inuyasha, I'm glad you are well. It took me weeks to find you!" It said. Naruto freaked.
"Did that flea just talk?!"
"Myõga? What are doing here?" Inuyasha asked as Myõga jumped onto his shoulder.
"I've been here for weeks looking for you, Lord Inuyasha." He said. Haru giggled.
"Lord Inuyasha?" she asked. Inuyasha glared at her.
"Don't even think about it." he said. Haru just giggled and said nothing more. Inuyasha turned back to Myõga.
"What about the others? Did they end up here to?" He asked.
"I don't know my lord. I haven't seen any of them." Myõga said.
"Excuse me." Sakura said gaining everyone's attention.
"But why are you addressing Inuyasha as if he's important." She continued, not realizing how she said that. Inuyasha glared at her with an irk mark.
"What's that suppose to mean?!" He growled. Haru sighed then walked over and punched Sakura making crash into a wall breaking it. Then she walked back to Inuyasha and stood next to him. They heard growling and looked at Haru. Red angry chakra surrounded her like flames. Aris gulped. This isn't good. But Haru doesn't usually get this angry....unless, Then Haru, who's eyes were closed, turned in Sakura's direction who started yelling at her.
"What the hell was that for?" Suddenly Matsuri, who everyone(even me) tried to ignore, butted in.
"Yeah after all she only asked a simple question you freak!" She yelled. Everyone froze feeling the angry chakra increase. Haru then opened her eyes. They were slit and red, and......burning cold.
"You wanna say that again." She said, venom clear in her voice. Matsuri gulped and shook her head. Aris then growled.
"Matsuri, you will no longer travel with us. When we get back to Suna your actions will be punished, rest assured." she said.
Matsuri went to protest but was cut off.
"But-"
"Stop! You've done enough Matsuri." Gaara said anger clear in his voice.
"But Gaara-sensei." He gave her a cold glare, one he hadn't given in years. She looked down and said nothing else. Inuyasha looked at Haru who seemed to have calm.
"First off I'll only go if Inuyasha goes. I don't want the villagers or Danzo trying something. If he comes then I'll go." She said turning to Inuyasha. He stared at her in surprise. She was worried about his safety. Still a little dumbstruck he just nodded.
"Sure, I'll go." He said. Haru to Tsunade.
"I'll meet them at the gates in an hour." Then they heard a scoff then a smack. They all looked at Matsuri who was rubbing her head and Aris whose arms were crossed. Haru then walked out without a word and Inuyasha ran after her. When he caught to here and they walked in silence all the way to her home. Inuyasha kept looking at her. He could see forlorn look in hers eyes, the pain. Like him. When they got to Haru's house Inuyasha finally spoke up.
"Hey, are you okay? You seemed pretty mad back there." He said.
"I'd have to agree with Lord Inuyasha. If I didn't know any better I'd say you had as short a fuse as him." Myõga said appearing on Inuyasha's shoulder. Haru sighed and turned to them.
"I'm sorry. I know Sakura didn't mean to insult you like that but, I guess I just snapped. And Matsuri.......her and I have never liked each other. She's such a hypocrite. She fawns over Gaara likes he's her god or something, but then she puts down people who are just like him. People who are different. She hates Aris to the core, she thinks I'm a monster and she definitely doesn't have a high opinion of you, Inuyasha." Hard explained.
"What makes you say that?" Myõga asked. Haru frowned.
"Because when we found Inuyasha, she took my Katana and tried to kill him. If Aris didn't tell me to stop, I might've killed Matsuri." She said. Inuyasha frowned, Even though I just saw it, I can't imagine Haru getting that angry. I guess it's only a rare occasion. He thought. Myõga looked at Haru in thought.
"You seem to be very protective of Lord Inuyasha." He said. Haru blushed slightly.
"I just don't want him to get hurt. And by the way, Inuyasha told me his father was a great wind dog demon. Is that why you call him Lord?" she asked.
"Indeed, his father was a well known powerful demon. Greatly feared and respected." Myõga replied. Haru nodded and went inside to start packing, them following right behind. Haru grabbed some kunai from her dresser then turned to Inuyasha in thought.
"Say, Inuyasha?"
"Yeah, what is it?" Haru bit her lip for second.
"Well uh, do you have family still out there?" she asked as Inuyasha sat on her bed. He froze, not expecting her to ask.
"I was just wondering, you said your parents were gone. I just wondered if there was still someone out there." she said. The shadow of Inuyasha's bangs covered his eyes and he didn't say anything. Myõga spoke for him.
"There is someone, Inuyasha's older brother Sesshomaru. But the two absolutely despise each other. It's not really a happy topic. Sesshomaru even had a demon disguised as Lord Inuyasha's mother trick Lord Inuyasha to gain the location of their father's tomb." Myõga said. Haru gasped appalled. Inuyasha growled and flicked Myõga away. "Shut up will ya." he said, anger and pain evident in his voice. Haru rushed over and hugged Inuyasha surprising him.
"I'm so sorry. I can't imagine someone using my mother like that. But I do know what it's like to have sibling that hates you for no reason." She said.
"Don't be sorry, I hate him too." he said. Haru tightened her arms around him.
"I know. And Inuyasha, no matter what, I'm here for you. I promise." she said. Inuyasha gasped and he grasped her shoulders.
"But why? Haru, you've done nothing but show me kindness since I got here. Since you saved my life. Why do you do this?" Inuyasha questioned. Haru leaned back and looked.
"Because, we're so alike. And I....feel safe with you." she said. Inuyasha looked at her surprised then hugged her. Then he let go and cleared his throat awkwardly.
"Uh let's, um g-get you packed." He stuttered slightly. Haru smiled and nodded. She made sure to put it plenty of 'Ninja Food' for Inuyasha. Eventually an hour passed, and they headed to the gates. As they walked Inuyasha grabbed Haru's hand. Haru widened her eyes and looked at him blushing. He was looking in the other direction, blushing, with his right hand scratching the back of his head awkwardly. Haru smiled slightly and squeezed his hand reassuringly.
"Huh?" Inuyasha looked at her outta the corner of his eye. She just looked ahead, smiling. He smiled slightly then looked ahead. They reached the gate and everyone was there and looked at them questionably, but they both just walked past them. Then Aris heard Haru's voice in her head.
Aren't you guys coming? She said.
Aris grinned and turned to the others.
"Well, let's go. We've got a long run." She said. Inuyasha turned to Haru.
"Run?" Haru nodded.
"Ninja's don't always walk, we usually run. Sometimes we race each other." She said. Inuyasha smirked.
"Race huh?" Then he grabbed her and put her on his back, making her gasp in surprise.
"So where is this Suna village?" Inuyasha asked her. She smiled.
"About a day's walk to a desert, a few hours if running. But the smell is easy to find even from here. Aris and the Sand Siblings smell just like it. Don't worry, I'll lead you in the right direction if you get lost." Haru said. Inuyasha smiled.
"Right." He turned to the others.
"Hey, last one to the desert is a rotten egg!" He yelled. Aris smirked and put Naruto on her back.
"Your on!" Then they both began to race to the desert.
After hours of running and they were nearing the desert. Inuyasha was fast, Aris had to take off her weights to keep up with them. When they got to the desert, Inuyasha won by a foot.
"Yeah! We won Inuyasha! That was amazing. It was a close call but you won! No one has ever even come close to beating Aris when it comes to speed." Haru said jumping off his back and hugging him.
"What? Really?" he said slightly surprised. Aris patted his shoulder.
"She's right. Not even Gai-sensei and Lee can keep up and they are almost up to my speed. I guess this means I need to increase my weights." she said with a smirk. Inuyasha tilted his head.
"Do ya mean those things ya took off your legs?" He asked.
"Yep." Sheika came out and gave the weights, which Aris gave to her to hold on to, back to Aris.
"Here." She dropping them in Inuyasha's arms. He staggered a bit but otherwise held them without a problem. Everyone looked at him in shock.
"What?" he said confused.
"Any normal person would have fallen to the ground and their arms get broken just by holding those things." Haru explained.
"Why? They're not that heavy." Inuyasha said still confused. Aris grabbed one and just dropped it. The weight made a small crater doing so. Inuyasha's face was like this-

"I know, quite the the shock ain't it? Ya know, we could train together to increase your speed and mine. Haru can join in too." Aris said. Inuyasha nodded dumbly. Haru giggled.
"Either way we should get going we still have a while before we-" Suddenly Haru sniffed the air confused.
"Haru what is it?" Naruto asked. She frowned.
"Inuyasha, take a whiff. Does that scent seem familiar?" Haru asked. Inuyasha smelled the air then growled angrily.
"What the hell is he doing here?!" He growled. Suddenly they heard a young voice.
"Inuyasha! Help me!" They all turned to see a young boy, the size of a fox cub, with a tail running towards them.
"Shippo?" Inuyasha said confused. Haru furrowed her brow, He's one of Inuyasha's friends he told me about. The young fox demon. But that other scent-
"Shippo what are you doing here?" Inuyasha asked.
"We all got separated after the battle with Naraku! I've been looking all over for all of you, but I ran into Sesshomaru! He's coming this way!" Shippo said panicking. The scent got closure. Inuyasha gave Shippo to Aris then turned, putting Haru behind him as he glared at the person who suddenly appeared. He looked like Inuyasha, only with different clothes, a crescent moon on his forehead and a cold demeanor. Not to much difference. (Inuyasha: I'm nothing like him! Me: Appearance! Not 'much' difference in appearance! You to barely have anything in common except your temper! Back to the story please!) Anyway, Inuyasha glared at the new comer angrily, then growled his named.
"Sesshomaru!"
