They reached Jurong Bird Park in half an hour.
Nikhil explained to her,"Jurong Bird Park is an aviary and tourist attraction in Jurong, Singapore. The bird park, managed by Wildlife Reserves Singapore, covers an area of 0.2 square kilometres .It has various exhibits like African Waterfall Aviary, wings of asia, Lory loftand Pelican cove etc"
First they visited the waterfall aviary in which they saw many species of flying birds. The waterfall was huge and very picturesque. Then they moved to the Dinosaur decendents section which was full of flightless birds: ostriches, emus, rheas and cassowaries.afterwards the visited the lory loft and the pelican cove.
Last they visited the World of darkness. Nikhil told her that it was Asia's first nocturnal bird house featureing a system of reverse lighting, converting day to night and vice versa."
Niharika saw a display of around 60 birds from 17 species, like the night herons, fish owls, boobook owls and snowy owls.
It was akin to a quiet nocturnal walk along a starlit jungle path, watching birds in their nocturnal surroundings and hearing them beckon each other. Infact she fell like she was taking a romantic moonlight walk with her lover.
They were tired so they decided to have lunch. Nikhil had booked their lunch with parrots. They were given a nice lunch on a table in front of the flamingo lake. Niharika loved birds and animals and this place was a visual treat for her. Ever since they had entered she was laughing and enjoying. Nikhil was silently observing her and would occasionally laugh with her.
She was a very good companion always bursting with energy. There was not a dull moment with her.
After lunch they headed back to the hotel. He remembered she was leaving tomorrow and he knew he would miss her company. She was special this he was sure about.
He decicded to treat her to a special dinner tomight.
When they reached her room he asked her,"Are you free tonight?"
"Yes of course"
"I was planning to take you out to dinner as a friend of course"So be ready by seven"
"I agree to the dinner as a friend of course," she smiled and entered her room.
