LOVE AGAIN

THE BABY SHOWER

Niharika was delighted to see Nikhil. She literally jumped in joy . She hugged him so tightly that even Nikhil was surprised .

" Hey easy dear you are pregnant and I don't want to hurt the precious little thing"

He kissed her on her cheek ," congratulations for the baby shower . I came early specially to be a part of it "

Niharika was dancing with joy . At least her wish was fulfilled because the father of the baby would be present at its baby shower "

She prepared a cup of coffee for Nikhil and joined him in the guestroom .

" Niharika you go and take rest . I know my way around this house so don't worry I will manage."

When she didn't move he literally lifted her and took her to her bedroom " Niharika you have become heavier dear " he joked.

" Well you are carrying two people and not one Nikhil "

He laid her gently on the bed. Then he covered her with a blanket and left for his room.

She still looked so desirable even though she was seven months pregnant .It was wierd because he had never expected to be attracted to a heavily pregnant woman.

He also decided to take a short nap .

When he woke up he could hear someone singing in the kitchen . It was Niharika . She seemed to be very happy.

" Good morning Nikhil . I have made breakfast for both of us . Its your favourite boiled eggs cheese toast and fresh orange juice."

"When is your baby shower?"

"It is in the afternoon.I am going to get ready . Why don't you accompany me?"

" No I will come later. Its at your mom ' s place?"

Nikhil went to the mall to get her a gift.

When he entered her moms house he found it beautifully decorated in orange colour.

In the centre of the living room sat Niharika on the sofa . Niharika was looking gorgeous like a princess.

Niharika was wearing a beautiful orange and black long net gown . It had a tight bodice but flared into layers from the waist . It was backless showing her white pearly skin. She wore matching ruby. long earrings and necklace with the outfit .

Desire for her hit him so strongly that he was amazed. He simply wanted to first kiss her orange sensual lips and then gently remove the dress layer by layer and then enter her .

How could he desire her when she was giving birth to someone elses child ? Was he going mad ?

Niharika was feeling very special. Everyone was very nice to her especially Ayush who was not even allowing her to stand up . Every fifteen minutes he would ask her if she was ok or if she needed something. But her eyes were searching gor the love of her life.

When Nikhil entered he saw Ayush fussing over her . He felt like hitting the guy for fussing over her . Why couldn't he leave her alone ?

Niharika saw Nikhil looking at her and invited him to come towards her .

" Congratulations Niharika . This is for you ."

It was a beautiful diamond necklace . Niharika loved it . " This is so beautiful . "

Niharika had tears in her eyes .

She had received many gifts but this was from Nikhil so it was the most precious for her .

" Nikhil its a girl . The doctor just informed me . I am so happy "

She hugged him.

Though he was not the father but even Nikhil was delighted yo know it was a girl. He could imagine a miniature version of Niharika .

He was shocked to see his own reaction because he wanted to be a father to that baby .

  Then he made a decision to make Niharika and her baby a part of his life. It didn't matter whose baby it was . From now on it would be his baby.
