The Fight

After the trial she stayed with Elliot, Eli, and Kathleen for a while. She didn't want to be alone and they helped her feel comfortable. Kathleen was extremely helpful, taking her out for random drives or doing a fun activity with her when she got in one of her sad moods. Elliot was always there for her if she wanted to just lie down or talk, she never wanted to talk. Eli, he was there to make her smile, he always made her play with his action figures and dinosaurs. Everything was good. She was going to work regularly and everything. One day she got a call "Hey Olivia, you miss me?"

Oh my god. No no no no no this can't be happening! She thought as she saw it was from Lewis.

She had Fin and Nick call the guards at the prison and they said he was still there and never left nor had time to use a phone.

"Liv are you sure it was him?" Asked Fin "Yes for the hundredth time yes it was him. Okay I know it was." "Maybe you should take the rest of the day off." She grabbed her stuff and walked to Elliot's house.

Once inside she undressed and threw in one of Elliot's shirts. "Liv what are you doing here?" It was Maureen. "Oh hi Maureen, um where's your father?" "He's went to the store. Why are you here? Andddd why are you in his shirt" "They're a thing now dumbass." Said Kathleen from the kitchen. "What!? When? Why? I bet you always wanted him! You guys had sex when he was still married didn't you!!" "Wha-" Liv wasn't able to finish her sentence before the front door opened and in came Elliot with groceries. He stood there "What?" "You didn't tell me you were dating her!!" "I didn't have the chance...Liv can I see you in the kitchen." It was more of a command than a question because of the way he said it. He waited for Kathleen to exit "Why the hell did you tell them!?" "El I didn't I walke-" "No, Liv, I was gonna say something to them not just yet though!" "El I didn't Kathlee-" "You know what, I can't deal with this right now." "What...what do you mean?" She asked a little worried. "I mean you won't talk to me and now you go and talk to my kids without permission. I can't do it Liv. Maybe we should take a break, for awhile." "But Elliot!" "NO LIV!" He yelled. She stared at him shocked at how he raised his voice towards her. "I don't wanna be with you." She grabbed his arm but he brushed her off and went into his room. She grabbed her stuff and changed into her clothes.

"Livvie where are you going?" Asked Eli. She crouched down in front of him "I have to leave for a while but I'll see you soon, okay?" "But I don't want you to leave. Livvie please stay!" "I- I can't I'm so sorry." "Was it because you got in a fight?" "Yeah. But I promise I'll be back okay." "Okay." He wrapped his pinky in mine, hugged me and ran off to play. I walked out and went to my apartment.

"Nice going Liv. You messed up yet another relationship." She mumbled to herself. She walked towards her fridge in search of alcohol but failed at finding any. She grabbed a jacket and walked to the bar. She decided that she would take shots until she was cut off.

She was cut off around 1 am. "Liv what the hell." She heard Elliot say. "Cmon lets get you home." "Elliot please I'm sorry. I really didn't tell them." She said her words slurring. "Look Liv I don't care right now we just need to get you home." "You aren't even listening to me!" She said as he continued "But, why? Why would you go out drinking?" He asked with pleading eyes. Because I can't take all of this. Because I'm not as strong as I act. Because I want to forget Lewis and everything that happened...just because it makes me feel better. She thought as she shook her head. His eyes turned angry. "You know what Liv, you're supposed to trust me and be able to tell me stuff. But you don't you don't tell me anything. I'm the only one trying in this relationship or whatever it is. You sit here and you wait around for me. Just, just forget it Liv gosh you don't care about anyone do you?!" And with that he let go of her and began to walk away. She tried to follow him but she was dizzy and when she passed an alley someone grabbed her "EL-" they covered her mouth before she could yell any longer. Elliot turned around not seeing her anywhere and shrugged it off.

"Hello detective Benson. What a sad break up, guess he won't be looking for you anytime sooner." Lewis said with a smile. Then he hit her with something hard and she blacked out.
