Cas POV
The darkness surrounded me, making it nearly impossible to see. Even though, I could hardly see, somehow I could still sense his presence. The darkness radiated from him, covering my eyes.
"Hello Cassy," a familiar voice said, red eyes shone through the darkness. I could sense his evil grin. I gave him a crooked grin back, my eyes shone a bright gold. The red and the gold light peered at each other.
"Hey Lucy."
Dean POV
I was awoken to Sam yelling at me to get up, what did he think? I was dead? I, Dean Winchester, wouldn't die that easily.
"Stop yelling at me," I said hastily at Sam, he gave me his strongest bitch face.
"Fine," he paused, darting his eyes to the floor, "how do you...feel?"
"I'm peachy," I said sarcastically, with a grin, he rolled his eyes at this.
"Seriously, Dean, are you a..." he hesitated.
"A demon?" I interupted, "not that I know of ."
He let out a relieved sigh, "uh...that's good."
"Mhhhmm..." I said as I found myself to glance over at Lucifer entering the room. Bruises, and gashes with blood pouring out of them, covered Lucifer. He looked like crap.
"What happened to you?" I said, slightly smugly.
"Cas..." he took a heavy breath, "I mean...um...Cassiel."
"Who's Cassiel?" I asked, Sam gave me a grimly glance.
"You don't know?" Lucifer say and began to chuckle, "that your once innocent, Cas, isn't too innocent anymore."
"What do you mean?" I said with an ambiguous expression. Lucifer began to laugh, but was cut off by Sam giving him a threatening glare.
"Oh, Sammy, has he always been this dumb?" Lucifer said, wiping a tear from laughing from his cheek.
"No, he isn't dumb..." Sam began, trying to defend me. Even though I have no clue why, I was the dumb one, Sam was the brains and I was the brawn, just how it is. No matter how much I try to be smart I never will be, so I gave up on trying to do something I couldn't do.
"No offense, Dean, but you were you too messed up to hear our conversation before?" Lucifer interupted Sam, to make fun of me.
"No I wasn't really paying much attention to you, I was trying to figure myself out first," I said confidently.
"You'll be trying to find yourself for a long time, Dean," and with that Lucifer cracked back into a cackle. I simply gave him my bitch glare and Sam did as well, Lucifer finally finished the mockery of me and finally looked slightly serious.
"Will you tell me what's going on around here, or do we have to do it the hard way?" I questioned.
"Woah, hold on cowboy, no need for violence, I'll tell you," Lucifer panicked. I raised an eyebrow waiting for the answer, when a puff of gold smog circled Lucifer and with that he was gone. I turned to face Sammy, he looked just as worried as I was.
"What the hell was that?" I asked Sam cautiously, Sam furrowed his eyebrows in confusion.
"I... don't know," he stammered. I peered back to the position where Lucifer was once standing, where did he go?
Lucifer's POV
With the puff of gold smoke I was suddenly gone, back to a grassy area, the sun high in the sky, with no clouds extruding the bright bulb. Getting up was a much more difficult task, due to being slightly injured. The horror that I saw, when I finally managed to get up, was unbareable.
There were millions angels. Dead. Wings turned to ash, appeared in plain sight, the wings once connected to those angels, now dead angels. It was mass murder, more than I could do, how would one even defeat a million angels charging oneself.
"Hey lucy, like the view?" the annoying girl stated.
"What did you do, Cas?" I asked, facing her, she was sitting on a little brick building, she had a smug grin on her face. She jumped off the building, and began to pace in circles, rubbing her chin.
"Well, you would be angry too, if you had something scratching at your memory," she said, with a grimacing expression. I furrowed my eyebrows, a little frown appeared.
"Okay, well, you figure that out and I will sit on the bench while you get your play time," I paused being sarcastic, "okay?" I added a little shy smile when I finished. She tilted her head, clearly disagreeing.
"How bout'....no," she stated, an evil grin formed on her face. With that a bolt of gold grace shot out, throwing me about 100 yards, I landed on my wings. That stung, but I've had worse.
"Wow, sis' you've done...better," I said sarcastically, a grin across my face. She took a gasp, and shot out her gold grace again, this time I shot out my boring blue grace back. They met in the middle, but hers was stronger, pushing me back. Again, I landed on my wings. Every time we did this I lost, until the last time I got up, she was right beside me. I tried to get up but with force she shoved me to my knees, grabbing my chin to face her.
"Lucy, Lucy, Lucy..." she said with a sarcastic pout. I clenched my jaw. "If only that were you," she said with cruelty. I turned to face someone you appeared to be me behind Cas, and I realized, I had been knocked out. I had never fought her. I wasn't in her possession at the moment, I was the man looking at the man in Cas's grasp.
The man who looked like me gave me a crooked grin, one tear rolled down his cheek. His eyes turned to the whiskey color of his original eyes, as he was pierced with the angel blade. His grace shot out of him, it died away. He lie on the cold grassy plain, his wings stretched out, turned to ash.
"No! Gabe! Not you!" My voice cracked in the middle of me yelling to my brother. Millions of tears escaped my eyes, I ran to him. Clenching his coat he always wore, bringing his body to me. I held him to a hug, only wanting to hear his sarcastic tone when he said my name. I held his limp body, for the hope he would wink once more or talk back to me again, but he never did. I sat there for hours, waiting and crying, but mostly waiting for him to return to me. I waited until I had to leave my brother, the only person I could call family. I had not cared that Cas was watching, for all she wanted was to see was the pain in my eyes, but she had left when she pierced Gabe. I had broke. Lucifer, the one everyone calls evil, the one who starts apocalypses when their bored, the one angel who rebelled against god, the one who is perceived as ruthless and having no feelings, fell, to the sight of his brother's fall.
