Angel's pale blonde hair spread over the white hospital sheets as her chest rose and fell in a steady rhythm. She was still unconscious after the anesthetic that the doctors had given her the day before. She was now asleep on a plain white bed in a small room surrounded by glass walls. They separated her from the sound of the outside hallway which consisted of the busy movement of doctors and nurses.

The only other people in the room were five city police men, all carrying guns and waiting for the mysterious girl to wake up. All they knew about her was the fact that people saw her fall from the sky then shoot a cab driver. The only thing that surprised them was the fact that she was smart and quick enough to escape the car chase. They now knew that the men chasing after her were all trained spies that were with S.H.I.E.L.D.

Slowly Angel's eyes fluttered open as she began to wake up. For a moment her eyes just stared at the ceiling and she didn't remember anything. She was at peace. Suddenly reality fell on her. Then she groaned as a hot wave of pain shot through her left arm. She struggled to sit up and examine the situation around her. She ignored the cops and looked down to her arm noticing that they attached tubes into it. She rolled her eyes and began to pull the tubes out when a voice in the hallway caught her attention.

"What are you doing?! Those are there for a reason!" A tall, skinny nurse screamed at Angel. She stormed into the room and looked at her as if she was a little kid caught with their hand in the cookie jar.

"I'm fine, and don't need those tubes anymore," Angel argued. The nurses light brown hair bounce as she strode towards her and began to put the tubes back into her arm. "Stop it! That hurts and it's not helpful with the pain," Angel said as she made excuses for the nurse to stop. Suddenly a quick shot of pain went up Angels arm and she snapped.

Her right hand flicked up and grabbed the nurse's thin wrist. The nurse jumped and slowly looked up. Her brown eyes showed fear while Angel's blue eyes were hard and emotionless. The police instantly took notice and raised their guns, aiming at Angel's chest. A new man walked into the room and smirked at Angel as she didn't move from her spot on the bed.

"Let the nurse go, please," the man said impatiently.

Angel released her grip and the nurse slowly walked back a step before turning to run out the glass door. Angel's cold eyes turned to the man and examined him. He had thick black hair and dark grey eyes. He was built well but the suit he was wearing didn't flatter him. He didn't look to be more than nineteen. Now he wore a plain black suit with a maroon tie.

"Who do I have the honor of talking to?" Angel asked smirking.

The man almost smiled at her sarcasm. "I'm agent James Taylor, with the FBI. And who might you be?" he asked politely. He slowly began to make his way closer to Angel with every small step.

Angel smiled as she noticed that her bag in the corner of the room had been opened. "Since you've gone through my stuff I think you know who I am," she said confidently.

"Well, 'Angel Stark' is obviously an alias so I would like to know your real name," he said calmly.

"Why do you think that the daughter of Tony Stark would ever need fake identification?"

"Probably because Tony Stark never had a child and someone wanted some money or fame?" James said amused with Angel's confidence.

Angel stopped smiling and stared at the agent for a moment without answering. "If you want to double check you can call Tony, his numbers programmed into my phone," she said in a matter of fact tone. James chuckled and watched Angel cautiously. He was distracted as a new doctor walked into the room.

"Could you please not attack another nurse as they take out your IV?" he said sarcastically.

"I'll try my best," she said smirking as the doctor hesitantly walked towards her. He slowly removed the tube in her arm before quickly leaving right afterwards. "So, what are you going to do with me now?" she asked rubbing her wrapped arm.

"We are going to take you back to be interrogated," he said without emotion.

"Why would you need to interrogate me? What have I done wrong?" she said with fake innocence.

"First off you work for S.H.E.I.L.D., a terrorist organization, also your where involved in a car chase, you used foreign technology in restricted air space, and finally you shot a cab driver."

"It was an icier, he was only asleep."

"I don't care, that is still enough to bring you in," James said standing up and walking to the door.

Angel looked down at her outfit for the first time and noticed that she was wearing a light green hospital gown. "Can I at least change into my clothes?" she asked.

"Yes, here we already got your clothes from the bag," he said as another officer handed Angel a stack of clothes. Angel stared at the men for a moment before finally talking.

"Do I get some privacy or am I fully fledged prisoner?"

The men all looked at each other for a second. None of them knew what to say and Angel refused to move before they left. Thankfully a new police walked in, and she was a girl.

"I'll stay here with her, you all go and pull up the cars," she said commanding the others around. She sat down on one of the visiting chairs and watched as Angel stood and pulled across the curtains to cover the glass walls.

"Thanks," Angel mumbled before picking out her outfit. She slipped on a pair of black skinny jeans, a plain blue tank top, and her cropped leather jacket. She looked in the mirror and groaned as she noticed her hair was completely tangled. She finger combed it and pulled it into a high pony tail.

"Ok I'm ready, let's go," Angel said as she threw the other clothes back into her bag. The police lady held her hand out for the bag. "What, it's my bag?!" she said.

"Yes but its protocol, I'll give it back after we are done with you," she said. Angel groaned and handed it over.

"Ok, let's go now," Angel said annoyed.

'This was gonna be fun' she thought.
